I have been able to sell boxes of my boys clothes,sweaters,and even shoes for a reasonable pay for those items ,they also offer at the end of their buy if you would to go ahead and donate your items that weren’t bought from them to donation of arms of help 😊 so either way the use of the items will end up in good hand and hands in need or you can always ask for the non bought items back as well ….,definitely will keep coming back
Unfortunately, this precious outfit is ruined from careless tagging. The tagged created holes in both the hat and footie.
Don’t take your items here the staff is unprofessional. The items I had were donated and they forgot to send me a text when the items were ready to be picked up. When I called they were blaming me for not picking up on time. I was never informed the items were ready. Taking my items somewhere else next time!
They make it extremely difficult to sell anything to them and prices aren’t worth the used items that you’re getting
I don't go often, but when I do it's always a fun trip. You're able to get so much in clothing for such a good price! Under 200 got me two large bags filled with clothes and 3 pairs of shoes for my kids. I really appreciate this place!
Staff greeted me as I walked in, asked if I was looking for anything in particular and informed me of the sale they were having. Offered to set aside an item for me so no one else would buy. Notice the communication amongst staff was very professional. I was able to find what I needed!
All the employees are very sweet and when I have a question, they do not mind answering it! Lots of things to buy and all great quality. They bought a lot of my baby’s clothes and gave me a fair price! The rest I donated.
Amazing! Every time I go to the store, I find incredible quality for a fraction of the costs. Why didn't we think of this concept sooner!
Kid to kid is the best, I love buying and selling here
I usually go to the Weatherford location. But I went to this location since I was in the area. I’ve never had an issue with Kid to Kid until today. I went there to sell some items to them. When I got there, I asked if they had a bin for me to put all my clothes/non clothing items in. The nice female worker there (pink hair) was very nice and helpful about it. She goes to grab me the bin when the owner of the store snapped at her in front of everyone and told her…”NO! They have to bring their own bin!” (To which I did not know that) So the poor girl stood there not knowing what to do when the owner again, raises her voice and says…”ugh, I’ll allow it this one time…but you (talking to me at this point) need to bring your own bin next time!” The girl goes to get me a bin and again, the owner gets aggressive, turns around and says…”ugh! Not these! This one!” And starts slamming bins on the ground until she gets the “right one” for me. After I had gathered everything into the bin, it was time to check in. While doing so, they were going over what they can and cannot accept. My mom was asking questions to make sure she understood what they were saying and when the owner answered my mom, she was aggressive, snappy, and had a tone as if my mom was stupid and should’ve known her rules for the store. Nothing can’t probably be done, since the VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL worker is the Owner…but I’m just leaving this review to warn other shoppers/sellers to be aware. She’s older, blonde hair and glasses. I didn’t catch the name. I feel bad for the other worker that, that’s who she has for a boss…
