Dissapointed in the treatment to customers from the owner. Very unfriendly lady to children, customers and her staff. We make the extra drive and shop at the Keller Kid to Kid , better selection, cleanliness and staff. Not the kind of owner I want to support
The people who work there are really nice. The prices are pretty good. The clothes are the cutest. I love shopping here because they have the cutest things at an affordable price.
Love taking my girls clothes and iteams! They always have a lot good iteams for kids and babies. Also sometimes good when little money to help you out. I recommend trying out kid to kid in lake worth! You be surprised!! ✨✨🩷
They need to have the information on the website or something. Clothes are needing to be in boxes and folded. I’ve tried to drop things off twice - the first time I came an hour before closing and a sign was out saying not doing sell stuff at counter. Clothes are being donated. Not worth the hassle.
I wish I could give this store "ZERO STARS!" Coming from Colorado to Texas I expected to see southern hospitality at its finest. Boy was I wrong. The items are overpriced. And don't get me started about the customer service. It so rude to be in a conversation between two women and they begin to speak Spanish between themselves, clearly about me. They sold me a remote-controlled car for my son that said worked. However when I tried the car at home it barely moved. Upon taking it to the store their only answer was "sales final." Do yourself a favor and spend time in the car to go to Once Upon a Child or another store. Google search this store. All you read is Rude! Rude! Rude! This business won't be around long if it keeps up. Stay Away!!!
The store was wonderfully organized, easily navigated, and had an awesome selection. I was able to get multiple pieces for both of my children (12 months and 4yrs) .
I love this location! Im never disappointed in my experiences there. My 2 young toddlers love going & playing in the play area, they get excited when we they see the store! We go quite frequently to sell our gently used items & ALWAYS do store credit! We love how great they are at picking great gently used products because the selection eveytime i go is amazing! All the girls up there greet you with a smile & make you feel welcome! It's by far my favorite place to shop!
