Dining at Little Water was an unforgettable experience. The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond. The atmosphere is lively and delightful. Most importantly, the food is fresh, delicious and on another level. Each dish is thoughtfully curated and unique in its own way. It has easily become one of our favorite places and we can’t wait to go back again!!!
The halibut main course I got was the best past and was very delicious. However we got lobster toast and the crab potato for appetizer and both were good but not OMG (which I was expecting). I got the Caesar martini which was okay. Just a little underwhelmed. I would still like to try their other restaurant River water. Staff were very friendly and the vibe was more casual but very nice.
Dan made my birthday (which I hate) a magical experience! If I could give over 5 stars I would.
Incredible lunch! I walked out, feeling extremely satisfied without feeling heavy and tired which is surprising because I ate a lot which speaks to the quality of ingredients
Unfortunately every dish and drink we ordered was disappointing. The yellowfin tuna was sinewy and tough. The sourdough was completely dried out and hard. We were looking forward to fresh fish, but both on the menu (that we tried), the Swordfish and Whole Black Bass, were fried beyond recognition. The highlight of the meal was the sauces and dressings. They were punchy and tasty, but they should not be the dominate flavor of any of the dishes at this price point. The service was causal. The atmosphere was very lively. There seem to be plenty of good reviews of this place so maybe our experience was an anomaly.
Just when you think you’ve had your best bite, another dish comes out to steal the title. What a fantastic meal on only their second night open to the public. Standouts were the shrimp cocktail (sizable, perfectly cooked, catsup/horseradish ratio is spot on), oysters (the care that this restaurant group puts into thoroughly cleaning their oysters makes me feel cared for on another level), crab claws (perfect little bites), and swordfish Milanese (the bitter lettuce salad MAKES this dish). The entire team is very attentive to guests, making small adjustments throughout to make the experience superior. The atmosphere transports you to a restaurant by the shore, which I imagine will feel even more true when they open the windows in the summer. Another hit of a restaurant, and can’t wait to be back.
I can not express how amazing our experience was. Excellence in presentation, vibe, service and taste! I can’t wait to go back.

The food is fantastic and you can tell how much time and effort is put into each dish. The service is top-notch and everyone is so friendly. The atmosphere is incredible and the decor is amazing. Little Water is a must-go place and a lovely addition to the Philly food scene.
