We had an excellent brunch at Little Water! Kate's service was outstanding—fantastic personality. The seafood plateau was beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend!
I ordered the oysters and they were delicious. The staff are very attentive and helpful and personable. 1st time there will tell a friend and return. I asked my car where to go for oysters this is where it told me. Great choice.
Perfect meal with our adult daughters. Easy to share & combine appetizers & entrees to have a wonderful sampling that kept everyone smiling. Oysters were so fresh & Tasty. Enjoyed the crab claws, fresh bred with anchovies. Salad we was excellent. Loved Scallops, Snapper & Swordfish. Excellent wine, cocktail & Mocktails to meet every need. Loved the atmosphere & service. A great night
I wish I could talk about how lovely the raw platter was or the duck but unfortunately my night was ruined very early on by the bartender with a goatee. He was incredibly rude and aggressive for absolutely no reason. Rather than feeling welcomed, I was left deeply uncomfortable and confused as to what could have warranted being spoken to in such a hostile manner. It set the tone for the rest of the night and completely overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
This place is truly amazing. The atmosphere is great, its a medium sized restaurant and the seating doesn't feel packed or too busy. We sat at the bar and had an amazing experience with our bartender Mike and a server Colin. The food was AMAZING. Must orders: cosmopolitan to drink, caviar service & aged duck for 2. We left feeling so happy and were looking up the lunch menu to return the next day! GO.
My food was very delish! The seafood was sooooooo fresh!! The drinks were really good! The service was top notch 10/10
We were in town for a wedding in Rittenhouse and stumbled upon Little Water. It was busy but we were able to get a seat at the raw bar which was absolutely stellar. We enjoyed a few things from the raw selection which were exquisite. I also was impressed with the non alcoholic options for people like myself who don't consume spirits. creatively delish!
Start weed ordering small plates. Small portions, big flavors… just praying for a big bowl of rice or something. And planning an immediate trip to Chinatown afterward. After a couple main courses my fears were addressed and some calories did come to the table. Interesting flavors, love the boiled pine nuts. And potato puree under dishes. Got plenty of flavor and creativity on the dishes. But after all that still heading out for more food
We had a bday celebration at Little Water in Philly’s Rittenhouse Square and it was amazing! The most flavorful raw oysters we’ve ever had were doused in a tangy Alabama white sauce coupled with house hot sauce. The mussels were bathed in a bright, fragrant broth served atop crisp toast, and the uni‑topped scallops -in yuzu kosho—were sweet & sparkled with citrus heat (photos). Kudos to this Philly gem and most memorable culinary experience.
We had a wonderful night out at little water! We were meeting some friends for dinner so we arrived a little early and got a seat at the bar to enjoy some drinks before hand. They have a beautiful big bar, the space itself is so airy and open it feels like a restaurant down the shore (I think that what they were going for) The food wasn't your run of the mill "seafood" it was inventive and interesting. We really enjoyed the selections from the raw bar and the whole fish. We will certainly be back!
