Terrible customer service. Being new to the area I came to the stockyards to shop today. Went into this place and it was busy and had lots of fun items. Overpriced items, but still. 200 bucks for salt and pepper shakers are a joke. 300 bucks for a butter cover is laughable. No one would help me. I walked around for 20 minutes and instead of the people working there helping, most were just chatting at the counter together or guys behind a bar area chatting with drunks at the table about their favorite songs. I am really surprised at the lack of customer service in the stockyards. It is like no one's cares about credibility. I took my business elsewhere at another store.
Maverick’s Fine Western Wear is the most service friendly store in The Stockyards. Their staff is second to none. James shaped a hat for my husband and shaped it to his specifications and it is one of my favorites. This hat is an original! James is the very best at what he does. We will definitely come back to Maverick’s.
Had a great time getting my hat. Trevor helped me pick it out and I believe it was Jenny who did the shaping. Great service and awesome work thanks guys.
This cool place next to the stockyards offers a wide variety of items and souvenirs to take home. Don’t miss the stockyards; it’s a must-see!
I am so impressed with the customer service I received from Amanda with my online order. I had to do some size swaps on a new pair of boots and she went out of her way to make sure they were just right. Shipping was fast and her friendly notes in each box were a nice little touch. Thank you for your kindness, I will definitely shop with Maverick again in the future.
Came in on Mother's Day, and had a great experience!! Even as busy as it was Michele went out of her way to help us out, and made us feel like we were her top priority!! Excellent service, incredible atmosphere. We will be back!!
Phenomenal customer service. Buck went above and beyond with an order that had been misplaced. Follow up kindness and handled with incredible professionalism. He corrected the error and sent a lovely note along with the replacement item. Simply put…. I will shop here more often because of Buck!!!
Such a cute store! Everything at this store was absolutely beautiful and of such great quality. The staff were so sweet and very knowledgeable. Me and my boyfriend had a great time shopping there and shout out to Kevin he was so kind and helpful I would go back just for him!
Small but fully stocked store. So many options. Jewelry, boots, hats, and clothing. Husband had a hat custom fit while there. The staff was so knowledgeable. Store was busy, but you didn't feel rushed or squashed.
I acquired some Olathe boots today and Josh helped me out with the transaction he is very attentive and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to come into the store.
