Beyond disappointed with this transportation company. They picked up our group 1.5 late - causing me to lose money on reservations we had and not get the max time because we had plans after. When I reached out to them about about a refund, they agreed (acknowledging they messed up) but I have since been completely ghosted by Jenny (I've emailed her back 5 times and called multiple times). They are refusing to pay. DO NOT use this company. Also the bus driver was so rude and I never received any apology for their mistake on the pick-up time. Just horrible customer service!
I started using M&M Limousine Service in 2024, to take me round-trip to my infusion treatments. Ristel in the office worked to make sure my schedule was accommodated and the drivers were all polite, professional and caring. I now use M&M for all other specìal transportation needs. Great choice for car service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This was the most horrific experience I’ve had with any business in my life. We made the mistake of using their services for our wedding because everyone else was booked. We would’ve been better off not getting transportation at all. One bus was lost and didn’t show up at all for the first half of the night, completely unusable. To make it worse, the driver is calling us while we’re trying to take our wedding pictures to ask where she should be. So now instead of using this time with our photographer we paid for, we are all scrambling trying to figure out where this driver is and give her the correct address of where she needs to be and even wasting time trying to help her get there. We went out of our way to lay out the very simple route in an exceptionally clear manner well in advance and this was just disregarded completely. Half of our guests were late or missed our wedding ceremony because of this. Then at the end of the night, the driver approached and pressured my husband for a tip while he’s in the middle of saying goodbye to our friends and family. In the hustle and bustle of things, my kindhearted husband sent a generous tip without realizing that this was already included in M&M’s initial (overpriced) quote. The driver obviously knew this and was intentionally trying to take advantage of us. Then as we wrote to get reimbursed for the trouble that this caused and the money wasted, it took months to get a resolution because of their horrific customer service. We spoke with a manager who was unprofessional, would go weeks without responding to us, and clearly had no interest in actually helping customers who were left dissatisfied from the mistakes that their company made. Just the worst, through and through. Cannot warn you enough. Even if there are no other choices, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
Recently used M&M for airport transfers for our family trip of 8 people total! Both the pick up from our home to the airport and the return trip were great! Both drivers were on time, very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use them again!
We received excellent service from Ibrahim. He was on time., vehicle was clean, drop off was close to door. Return trip was good. He made sure we got home safely.
M and M made it easy. I spoke to a courteous rep the phone. They made transportation into the city of Chicago easy, even though it was last minute. I was hopping on a plane so they completed the transaction via text and when I got to the hotel, my ride was there. The driver was professional, and it was a super clean black SUV.
M&M was great. Jason was very accommodating getting everything set up and booked. Buses were on time and clean - really great experience!!
We used M & M for our church group to downtown Chicago. Shelly our driver eas prompt and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended will use again if the need should arise.
We had a large group with luggage and they showed up with a great upgrade. The driver was on time and even told us history about the area. You can't beat the value for the price!
Our drivers Zach and Warren were both very professional very friendly and they added much due to our experience. Who is your company. We were able to arrive at our destination on time and we departed on time. The buses were waiting for us and that was a great thing. The Bus themselves were awesome clean and a great ride experience.
