Jason and the M&M team were easy to work with and delivered as promised.

Edit: M&M did provide me with a future credit for a ride in the amount I paid originally. They have been responsive in my displeasure of my experience. I added a star, just because they owned up to their mistake and provided me a free ride when I want to use it. I made a reservation for an 8 person limo back in February of 2023, for a date of May 20th 2023. I was called on the night before, at 7:47pm during my wedding rehearsal, that they couldn’t accommodate me, and they “tried so hard” to make reservations elsewhere. Somehow one of their limos was under “service” and they could not accommodate me in ANY other way. Not even by a car service! Only reason they get a 1 stars is because I can’t go lower! Don’t expect much from these jokers! Disappointed too because I was able to call one of their competitors and get a limo and they even gave me 20% off because of these people “saying” they had tried to call other companies. Seriously…also check their yelp. Do your research

(my first and probably only review ever because it was really that scary and bad!!!!) The absolute worst service ever. They were supposed to make 3 stops and once the driver missed the first stop, he pulled over on the highway twice with cars speeding past and the van was shaking. Then, we ended up taking an uber from the 2nd stop to the 3rd stop to avoid sitting in the car for an extra 30 minutes since the driving was erratic. Also to avoid the first person having to sit in the car for an extra hour and a half because they missed it. Well, when we called to complain, we kept getting promises of call backs that NEVER happened. Spent 2 hours tracking them down and their customer service for them to basically say not their problem. They only want to reimburse for the missed stop which was insignificant compared to the fact that I thought i was going to die that night.... STAY AWAY IT IS DANGEROUS AND THEY LACK ANY SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND BEWARE.

We used M&M for our wedding day transportation. We are very disappointed in them and their inability to execute the timing that we needed them for and had paid for. We had a party bus for our wedding party rented that was to pick up the groom and groomsmen, bring them to the venue, and then bring us around the city for photos before the ceremony. This party bus was over 45 minutes late to pick up the groomsmen and if we had not already decided to do photos at the venue due to the wet weather, we would not have been able to do the photos at the locations that we had wanted nor had the party bus for the time that we had needed. Additionally, when we needed to change our payment method the week before the wedding, the person of contact was extremely rude and made us call him with an updated payment method on a Sunday evening to get it done. Luckily we had a wedding planner that was able to constantly pester M&M after our wedding until she got a response after many calls and emails that they would refund us for the party bus and charge it as a shuttle instead. Otherwise, we likely would not have gotten any response or refund or apology. We would not recommend M&M to anyone.

I always use M&M. They have great drivers and customer service.

Do NOT use. Had an event in the city schedule a ride way in advance. Driver never showed and could not get a hold of dispatch. Was left stranded at 11pm, took 40 mins to get a ride from another company, over an hour to reach dispatch to be told our driver couldn’t make it. They never call or communicated this. Further more we had to pay more $$ for a ride home and extra money for the sitter watching my kid since we were extremely late. They were suppose to reach out to resolve things and never got a call back. Worst company ever. Do not book. Uber and Lyft are more reliable

We needed transportation for our wedding party from our ceremony to our reception location and chose to use M&M Limo. While we had a positive experience planning with them up front, they arrived 45 minutes late on our wedding day causing us to miss our entire cocktail hour. After calling to find out where they were, we were told they would be 15 minutes late. Then another 10 minutes. And another 10. While the bus itself was nice, it was not worth missing the cocktail hour and shortening our pictures to accommodate this late arrival. While our wedding party did their best to keep us positive when they were not showing up, it definitely made for a hiccup in the middle of the day not knowing if or when they would arrive.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I've used them twice and both times were late and unapologetic about it. Let me focus on the second time. We were supposed to have a limo pick up a group of us from the United Center after a concert-- pick up time was set for 11pm. Our driver contacted us to say he would be 30 minutes late, but ended up being 45 MINUTES LATE. If you have been to the United Center 45 minutes after a concert ended you know that they kick you out of the building. We had to stand outside at M&M's pickup point (on a street corner) in 30 degree weather for 45 minutes. Not only was the driver incredibly rude about it, but the limo was dirty from the previous party. M&M has yet to remedy this situation after promising a 25% refund (which is ridiculous in my opinion, as I feel the entire trip home should be refunded.) I read reviews like this and always assume there is more to the story, but I have a contract in my hand stating pick up time was at 11pm sharp. We were on time, THEY WERE NOT. After several attempts to remedy this situation M&M has ignored me. Please spare yourself the aggravation and do not use this company!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! We paid for a limo for our 10 year anniversary. They picked us up in a sprinter van. When we called them they said sorry our limo broke down. I asked there weren’t other limousine available and I heard a million excuses. They said they would have the escalation department call us back for our bad experience… they never called back. On my 3rd try I got a hold of them. Their response was that they would make it up to me. How you ask? By giving me back the difference between the two cars. So I have to thank them for not charging me a limos fee that I never got to ride in anyways. How is that compensation?!! They still haven’t called us back. Imagine riding around on your 10th wedding Anniversary in a sprinter van!!! Save your money and don’t ever use them. They only have 5 star and 1 star reviews… wonder which ones are the real reviews and such ones are the fake ones they wrote themselves. Terrible experience!!

I ordered a limo and everything seemed fine. 5 minutes before my pick up appt. I receive a call that the limo is running late and was told it would be 40 minutes and the limo was no longer available that I will be receiving a sprinter van. I asked for the drivers number. The driver was unaware that he was supposed to be even picking me up and did not have my address yet. He told me it will be a minimum 45 minutes. I asked to cancel the ride and took an Uber to the bulls game, which I missed the first quarter because of this. I have not received a refund yet. I have called and they said a manager would call me. I still have not received a call back or received a refund(I canceled on April 22). I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and hoping for the best. I would highly recommend avoiding using this company.
