This was a great way for our family and friends to get to Wrigleyville from the suburbs. Our driver Ali communicated well and got us as close to our location as she could despite roads being closed for the game. The bus was clean and ready to go a few minutes early. Thank you!

I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. This company pulled a bait and switch on us, pretending they had a specific vehicle type we were asking for. Expressed urgency saying they book quick so hurry up we don’t want to miss out. With NO COMMUNICATION they provided a completely different vehicle, meeting none of their stated amenities. After seeking communication on a refund (even partial), they dismissed concerns and said we actually received a deal on something we did not ask for. Support has been RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

In my experience, M&M always has top-notch drivers and are prompt & polite. I’ve used them a half a dozen times or more & will use them again!

This company picked up my family and transported us to a concert at Soldier Field in Chicago while apparently knowing they did not have a driver available for our return trip. Despite this, they never informed us of the issue until I texted that we were on our way to the pickup location after the concert, just 15 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. I had to call them because they didn't have the decency or professionalism to call me. At that point, I was told that a driver might be available in approximately an hour and a half, but there were no guarantees. Mind you this was after 11:30 PM, with a group of 13 people, including children, stranded in downtown Chicago. There was no manager available, no backup plan, and no meaningful assistance offered. The company did not offer to arrange alternate transportation, provide Uber vouchers, reimburse train fare, or secure another transportation service. We were simply told that no driver was available and to me in very condescending tone. Had we chosen Uber, it would have required multiple vehicles and would have cost twice what we originally paid. Even getting to the train station would have required additional transportation expenses via UBER. Instead, our group was forced to walk approximately 40 minutes late at night, wearing shoes that were not intended for that distance, in order to make alternative arrangements and get home safely hours later. What is just as frustrating is that the company had no issue promptly collecting payment, yet it took nearly two weeks to process a refund after completely failing to provide the return transportation we paid for. Beyond the refund, there was no compensation, apology of substance, or accountability for the inconvenience, stress, and safety concerns caused by their failure to fulfill their contractual obligation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to think carefully before trusting them with transportation arrangements, especially for late-night events or trips involving children. Our experience was unacceptable and could have been avoided with proper communication, planning, and customer service. Thankfully, the concert itself was amazing, and our group was able to stay together and ultimately make it home safely. However, that outcome was due to our own efforts and planning in the moment, not because of any assistance from the transportation company. No customer should have to deal with the inconvenience, stress, uncertainty, and safety concerns that we experienced that night. If you are considering using this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for transportation services to avoid the risk of being placed in a similar situation.

The bus we booked was perfect, larger than I was planning & clean! Our driver, Bilal, was fantastic. He had a great attitude and made sure we were happy. The day prior, I received the itinerary for our stops and made sure it was planned as expected. Great service and would definitely recommend!

Group Travel was made very pleasant with M&M. The drivers were helpful in loading ou luggage. Tour was on-time. Yes I will use them again.

We booked M&M Limo on Feb 20 to transport about 140 guests for our son’s April 18 wedding in Champaign, IL. (70 from the I-Hotel, 70 from Hyatt Place). A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn’t arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can’t reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn’t accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication — neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience!

I highly recommend M&M Limousine Services. They were very responsive and great value and flexibility on pricing compared to the competition. I rented 3 vehicles as shuttles for out-of-town guests for a family wedding. M&M customer service was very helpful as I made changes to vehicle size and timing a day before the event. I didn’t get all my requests but they explained the reasons (all vehicles were already scheduled) and, in the weeks and days leading up to the event, were immediately available for questions during business hours or returned my calls or emails first thing the next day. I rated 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 because one of the shuttles was 20 minutes late in arriving due to Chicago traffic which I would expect them to plan for. Fortunately, we had built in enough buffer into the pickup time so no one was late for the wedding. The drivers kept in contact with me to keep me apprised of their status so I was able to let my guests on the late shuttle know what was going on which helped to calm their nerves.

M&M Limo Service dropped us off and never picked us up and left 13 of us stranded in Chicago after 11pm. As we were on our way to the pick up location we texted them. That is when we received a text there was no one to get us. We called and the dispatcher was condescending. Some of us didn’t get home until 3am after scrambling to catch the last train and catch an Uber. I personally lost a day of work! Save yourself the headache and book with a more reputable service.

M & M was recommended to us by our daughter. They were just great. On time, clean and comfortable vehicle, and awesome drivers. They were on time and allow us to relax and not worry about arriving on time or getting us home safely. Highly recommend this service. Nice to have a service we can count on.
