I scheduled a 14 passenger vehicle to get myself and 6 kids to and from the airport. The morning of our 4:30am pickup the company called at 4:29 telling me the driver put gasoline instead of diesel in the vehicle and it wouldn’t start. Completely unacceptable! At the time of pick up I’m notified with no back up plan that they weren’t going to be there and didn’t have any other vehicles to come get us! Why as a business would you wait until you are picking people up to fill up the vehicle! For $700 I expected way better. I’ll never use this company again.
They are great to work with. Scheduling a pickup and roundtrip is incredibly easy. I have used them many times and the drivers have all been incredibly nice and professional.
I heard from our teacher and class that it went smoothly! It was easy to communicate with our driver, thank you for all the help and logistics prep!! I look forward to booking with you all in the future!
M&M provided excellent service! They were early for pickup and prompt on our arrival. Both drivers were friendly and professional. We would definately them!
Please do not use this company. They sent pictures of beautiful buses and sent buses that the wall fell over on our passengers. Duct tape holding seats together, the air conditioning didn't work so the drivers had to drive with one little window open to try and let air in. The buses were late and one broke down and they put our customers out on the side of the busy freeway. We spent $15k with M&M and lost thousands of dollars on event tickets we couldn't use because they made it group late. We are taking them to court to get the money back for our clients. Used for my wedding absolute nightmare abandoned my wedding party for our pick up with no resolution. The bus we were provided was not the one I booked dirty, smelly, not as expecte. Absolutely would not wish this on my worst enemy
Bus #710 sent to Indianapolis,IN. Bus broke down in Remington, IN. Company left 48 riders stranded with no alternative options available. Had to find another bus company to get us home. M&M bus was dirty, luggage door would not open. This is not the organization I would ever consider, never. Getting passengers home safely is NOT their mission.
Beware! They will leave you stranded! This company dropped us off in Chicago and never picked us up. They left 13 of us having to scramble to get home.
Prompt, courteous and professional from start to end destination while visiting Chicago. Will employ them again.
My husband and I used M&M limousine service on many occasions. Today we used them for a return trip from Midway airport the vehicle was clean and the driver was very personable.
