My car never arrived. I was given the driver's name and number, but he said he no longer works for the company because they haven’t paid him. He mentioned he was a subcontractor and that they keep promising payment without following through.

I have booked with M&M Limo on at minimum of 4 occasions. The first 2 services were phenomenal. I know Covid has caused many changes to businesses so I tried to be understanding. My most recent trip was horrible. They didn't send the vehicle I reserved and paid extra for. They sent a different limo lower in cost and bells and whistles and we had no heat going to the airport. It was freezing out on 12/23/22. The limo driver did not exit the vehicle and we had to load our own luggage.Why did we have to pay gratuity? we did all the work. To make matters worse on our trip home the driver was late and answered the phone like we were friends with no professionalism. He was an horrible driver. Each time he changed lanes cars was honking at us. I waited awhile to post this review because I thought M&M would be fair but they credited my account 23.00 for this terrible service. Insulting! They have lost a great customer. OHH and let me not forget to mention the Sprinters were FILTHY (OUTSIDE) AND THE INSIDE HAD OPEN WATER BOTTLES!! RUN!!!!! Most of these good reviews are probably not real.

M&M was professional from the start of my request to pick-up and drop-off. I will be using them again.

I had heard such wonderful things about this company, but I was very disappointed with a couple of things that happened with M&M on my wedding day. First, the limo that showed up on my wedding day had ripped interior and the AC didn’t work. My parents and I were supposed to go from where we were getting ready to the church. It was 90 degrees outside that day. We paid $400 for the “two hour transportation” and used it for like 5 minutes because we couldn’t sit in there because of how hot it was. Luckily, we had a party bus (not through M&M) that could fit the passengers from the limo. I contacted M&M to ask for a refund because we were literally unable to ride in the limo and I’ve received no response to my many emails, no acknowledgment of it, no apology, nothing. Finally, our 50 person shuttle (for the end of the night) was advised to not go to the front entrance of the venue (because it’s a tight space) it continued to go and got stuck for 15 minutes. Scratched the side pillars, lawn damage, and the entire side of the bus. We spent a decent amount of money on transportation (guest/evening transportation in additional to the two noted), so I just thought they’d have superior service, quality vehicles, and customer service. I wish I was writing a better review. I’ve heard amazing things about M&M. I think their service has suffered due to covid, lack of staff, drivers, etc. Dealing with this stuff on wedding day is just unpleasant, so hopefully this is helpful!

I received a phone call less than 24 hours before I was supposed to be leaving for my wedding and they canceled my transportation from my location to the wedding venue. One of the companies i called for availability said that MM had been pulling this kind of thing for weeks. They over book themselves and cancel their Friday and Saturday reservations last minute. The manager I spoke to was not remorseful in the slightest and actually told me good luck finding a replacement. Very negative. I would never recommend this company to anyone

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE SERVICE DO NOT HIRE M&M LIMOUSINE SERVICES. My husband and I hired m&m for our wedding and it was a horrible decision. We hired 4 of their biggest limo shuttles to transport us and our guests from the hotel to the church and back. We also had one of these limos taking us from church to a separate location for pictures before taking us back to the hotel. Transportation to the church went smoothly, however, two limos going from the church to the hotel, after our service, were over 45 minutes late. We received no calls informing us of what was going on. Then my husband on HIS WEDDING DAY had to call customer service to figure where the shuttles were. When the shuttles did finally arrive, the driver of the limo taking us to our picture location informed us that we would only have 10 minutes to take pictures because he had another trip he needed to get to! He then told us that if we went over the 10 minutes, my husband and I, along with our bridal party, would have to Uber back to our reception!! We had to rush through our wedding pictures and were only able to get a handful of pictures of one of the most important moments of our lives. After the wedding, we contacted customer service to tell them what had happened. We were told that we would be contacted ASAP, however 3 months later no one has contacted us. We spent thousands of dollars on this service only to be treated poorly and with a whole lot of disrespect. Thank you m&m for leaving a black mark on my wedding day! I hope this review helps prevent future customers from making a terrible mistake.

M&M Limo was an absolute disaster for our wedding. We had set a clear itinerary for our wedding which comprised of picking up our bridal party from the getting ready locations, and dropping them off at our first look location for pictures, and then everyone would go to venue. While we (the bride & groom) were taking couple pictures, the limo left without us to go to the venue. We had to scramble last minute to get to our own wedding. At the end of the night, we had also hired them to take our guests to our the after party location at midnight, followed by hotels, when our wedding was schedule to be over. The bus left exactly at midnight, when people were still getting outside, saying goodbye, chatting. I understand being on a timeline, but we would've been more than happy to pay a late fee, rather than having literally not ONE person get on the bus, and having our guests (several who flew in internationally), figure out how to get to the after party and how to get home. We are super disappointed and would give them 0 stars if we could. Avoid M&M at all costs.

I would definitely not book through them again. The driver showed up 45 minutes late on our pickup and only notified us at the original pick up time. The driver said that dispatch should’ve told us earlier, but dispatch only called me 10 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up. Additionally, the company made us pay for a security guard in order to have alcoholic beverages on the bus in the city of Chicago, and there was no security guard present. We didn’t receive any apology from the company either. Super disappointed and would not recommend.
