I wish you could give a negative rating! When you call they are the rudest company I've ever dealt with! Wife called for a 2 day extension the rude girl told her you will get your stimulus soon so use that money! No one hardly ever answers the phone and they will hang up on you while you ask a question and when you call back they don't answer!! Worst company! Do not use them!!
This is the worst insurance company ever. Been trying to cancel the coverage and they took forever. So they took my full amount I told them not charge me on feb. now they are charging me extra on top of it. What a joke. Avoid this insurance if possible
I've been on on hold for over two hours trying to speak to someone regarding an accident with one of their customers, why are they allowed to do business in Florida.
I have been trying to reach someone at this company for a week and when I did get thru to someone, Marleny hung up the phone on me! The hold time is ridiculously well over 10 minutes. I have left voicemail and email messages for the adjuster, Daniel Montevecchi, on 3 separate occasions and he has yet to even respond. This company has a lot to be desired.
Can I leave zero stars? Got hit by a kid driving at night with a learner's permit insured by these people. The WORST. Everyone from my insurance to the body shop just shook their head when they heard who the insurance was and said "good luck."
This agency is horrible and impossible to communicate with. The adjuster did not reach out to the injured victim in his policy holder's accident, nor did he answer the phone once we called the office and demanded his info. THREE WEEKS LATER and we have spoken to no one. This company is pathetic.
My husband had an accident 2 weeks ago and he is still sitting without a vehicle because the adjuster has yet to provide an estimate. This is ridiculous. Victoria, I am going to find your supervisor and next thus company will be hearing from our attorney.
Not sure how legal this company is. A friend got an accident with someone covered by Ocean Harbor Insurance, and it is impossible to join them. Friend had to pay his own repair while he was not at fault. Anyone wants to start a class action?
Where we all can get together and sue the scam this company is. No answering calls , emails, nothing And you are telling me I’m paying so much insurance money monthly ( not through them thank God ) but doesn’t matter bc now I need this scam of a company to pay for his client damages towards my car and they ghosted me . This is ilegal
STAY AWAY!!!! 11 days to figure out the name of my adjuster (Maritza Soto). 2 more to talk to her. After that I have sent countless emails, texts and phone calls. They dont answer. They dont care. If Im lucky once a week she answer me. Proposal to fix my car is sitting at car shop repair for 13 days. The person who hit my car has State Farm. Believe it or not, the SF adjuster is helping a thousand time more than my own. Again! STAY AWAY!!!!
