My husband had an accident 2 weeks ago and he is still sitting without a vehicle because the adjuster has yet to provide an estimate. This is ridiculous. Victoria, I am going to find your supervisor and next thus company will be hearing from our attorney.
Not sure how legal this company is. A friend got an accident with someone covered by Ocean Harbor Insurance, and it is impossible to join them. Friend had to pay his own repair while he was not at fault. Anyone wants to start a class action?
This is the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with, I can say I’ve spoke with more than 8 different customer service agents about my accident that they need to pay for and no one can give me information and are extremely disrespectful, took the adjuster more than 1 week to come out and check my car. It’s now been 2 weeks since he came out and now no one answears my calls and when they do and I explain the situation they just freeze and say nothing else and don’t help me at all, now I have no car and no response from anyone what am I supposed to do ???
Terrible insurance to have. There’s no one to answer your call if it’s not for to report an accident, or towing, I think who answers that line are a 3rd party company. I needed to speak with customer service because I moved and wanted to update my information and payment information but never got to , one time I got an answer from another office of them in Miami , the nice person there told me they don’t have my information on theirs system if I’m not signed with that specific office, he suggested to open the app , and do it on the app. I did and still can’t sign in, it gives me an error message saying error with my policy number, So the only thing I could do it’s I’m still paying my monthly bill by phone with the old information, I did got a chance on the automatic payment service to used a different credit card (thanks Gd)🙏 , now I’m shopping around for a new insurance company for the new year coming up .
This company is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They hung up on me and when I called back they straight up lied to me and refused to tell me the name of the company when I wanted to confirm it was them. Then when they finally gave in they hesitated and gave a fake company name. Dude sounds like he is half asleep and they don’t fix anything with the cars. Please do your self a favor don’t avoid them.
Ocean Harbor is the absolute WORST!!! It’s basically a last resort insurance company for people who can’t get car insurance with any good companies.(Habitually Bad or Teen Drivers) Ocean Harbor is completely unattainable by phone and mail. They’re unresponsive when it’s time to pay out a claim. You’ll end up paying your own deductible with your own car insurance company before getting anything from Ocean Harbor. If you are ever in an accident with someone who has Ocean Harbor Insurance, run screaming for the hills. THEY’RE TRASH!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! 11 days to figure out the name of my adjuster (Maritza Soto). 2 more to talk to her. After that I have sent countless emails, texts and phone calls. They dont answer. They dont care. If Im lucky once a week she answer me. Proposal to fix my car is sitting at car shop repair for 13 days. The person who hit my car has State Farm. Believe it or not, the SF adjuster is helping a thousand time more than my own. Again! STAY AWAY!!!!
Where we all can get together and sue the scam this company is. No answering calls , emails, nothing And you are telling me I’m paying so much insurance money monthly ( not through them thank God ) but doesn’t matter bc now I need this scam of a company to pay for his client damages towards my car and they ghosted me . This is ilegal
would give negative stars if i could. worst insurance company ever. very hard to cancel with them . when you finally figure it out. they charge you for the next month. and they put a hold on your credit card so you cant stop payment. There is no customer service the only calls they answer is for new customers only.
