Refuses to take car off that is totaled and refuses to take car off a different vehicle that I no longer own. Charging me 350 dollars monthly even with evidence of the second car is owned by someone else and with police report and pictures of the total car and documents of releasing the car to the insurance. Don't go to this insurance company they will send you on a run around and refuse to send back money they stole out my account for the past 8 months.
Policy holders of this insurance aren’t required to pay victims when they are at fault. If you use this insurance you are a careless human being. Get real Insurance and pay your fair share. Also, learn how to drive before endangering others!
The absolute worst. Someone hit me and this company said they were not even going to call the other person’s insurance company to help get things sorted out. I ended up making all the phone calls. One lady I spoke with at ocean harbor said that she never calls her own insurance when in an accident; she just calls the other person’s insurance so she didn’t understand why I even called. What???? The person who hit me had Geico and everyone I dealt with there was so nice to me. I ended up switching to Geico. Oh! When I mentioned that I had this insurance company to geico, the rental company and the used car company, they all laughed and said it sucked. 💀
if i could give this place 0 stars i would. the lady gerlene picked up the phone and has terrible customer service, my adjuster hasnt reached out to me since i filed the claim more than 2 weeks ago, olivia charles and the customer service rep and everyone else here are incompetent people who dont care about their jobs and/ or clients. worst insurance company ever
This company has been completely ignorant in regard to my claim. I was hit by their insured and they haven’t assigned an adjuster to my claim and it’s been almost a week. Every time I call they tell me something new. They hang up on your face and are extremely unprofessional. I will be getting my lawyer involved.
I was involved in an accident with a policy holder of ocean harbor. It's been over a month and I still have heard nothing about when they will repair my vehicle. If you are considering choosing this as your insurance company I recommend you reconsider. Horrible customer service
I've been trying to speak with someone regarding a claim for about 3 hours. One of the employees is continuing to do call avoidance. Answering the phone but not saying anything. Worst insurance company customer service ever! If this continues I'm going to be focused to get an attorney.
Hands down the worst insurance company ever! They don't answer your calls, there is always "10 people ahead of you," and even when they call back they don't say a word and hang up. When you finally get a hold to a customer service after 10 years the representatives they havere even worse than the service they give. This place deserves less than 1 star. Easily -5.
They are usually the cheapest & most affordable, but remember you get whay you pay for. I had an accident a couple years ago. Luckily, at the time, I spoke to someone there, gave my side of the story. I thought all was well, I felt I was not at fault. Apparently, it was entered the accident was my fault bc my insurance was renewed, I saw a Huge increase & points were added to my license. The most upsetting part is no one told me anything. At least I could have been prepared. They move in silence and you are not aware of anything going on. I didnt even know this happened and I thought I was good. Use this company if you are a careful driver or dont drive much and hopefully less likely to get in an accident. They dont care nor do they fight for you. As long as they get their money, that's all its about. Use this as a temp option, to show you have insurance to avoid a suspended license. Otherwise, pay a little more & find a better option. This is not it.
If i could give zero stars i would, they are TERRIBLE when it comes to accident claims. They take their time and they hardly answer the phone. They mess up documents and take forever to even send you a document
