Ocean Harbor Insurance

I’ve been with this company for a while thankfully haven’t got into an accident within that time. My friend jaw dropped when I told her that I have Ocean Harbor insurance! She immediately told me DO NOT renew with them and run the other way! Come to find out they never answered her calls when she got into an accident years ago. Thank goodness she told me that before I went and spent more money with these thieves! And judging by the terrible Reviews I will take my business elsewhere!!! Good riddance !!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a company that actually cares. They are here just to take your money and if god forbid you do need the service they will not be helpful in your time of need. I got into an accident only 3 weeks of having them and I took them 3 months to get the money over to make bank. They made me continue the payments and told me they would only charge me for 3 weeks of service and I gave $1,200 and they only gave $500 back. On top they gave me the worst possible customer service and I was being charged interest by the bank as they took their sweet time and also still haven’t sent the information over to my my gap insurance and we are now reaching 4 months of them screwing me over. This place is shame and should be shut down.

I’m involved in accident, (Im the third party). They are worst company possible, to solve something. Nobody from financial, answer calls or call me back, I left messages in their voicemail and it’s like nothing happening. This company need to be banned from the market. I’m without car, because they don’t do anything. They are irresponsible like the woman who hit my car. I need to come back to my normal life, like, go to the supermarket to get some food, but I don’t have car, just because them. I highly don’t recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY!!! My wife's car got totaled by a rear end accident. The driver had Allstate insurance. Which accepted fault in no time. They cut the check to this garbage insurance place. My wife e-signed the paperwork to release the money to her. They reject it and said it has to be signed by pen....ok.. fine... So we printed and signed said paperwork and mailed it, got confirmation that it was delivered. 2 months later they're still holding the money to pay for my wife car. Been calling everyday since NOBODY ANSWER if someone does they put you on hold then disconnect the call.

UPDATE: 2 months and a half after and they are still WORKING on my claim! This insurance is the WORST! My adjuster DANIELLE ANTOINE, NEVER answers the phone or reply my emails. If I can give you a NEGATIVE star I would definitely do it. WORST INSURANCE EVER!!! Stay away from this insurance. It has been 2 weeks already since I reported a claim, until today I can't talk to my adjuster DANIELLE ANTOINE. I have called her several times, send her email and NOTHING!!! but ofcourse they took the money on time, even if I don't have the car. WORST INSURANCE EVER!

Cheapest best insurance in my entire life!!! Best plans and best coverage !!!! Or so I thought. I had a rollover and it took then over a month to process the messages and then still had no idea which car it was I was with them bc of my driving record I couldn’t get any real company but after three years of paying outrageous rates for bare minimum I come to find out that monthly for full coverage I could get PROGRESSIVE AND I Do!! But to make it even worse they continued to let me pay for over an extra year of sr 22 coverage I didn’t need to have and refused to refund me. I hate this company scam artists. Only go if it’s your last and final option and I promise it will not be them bc ANYONE IS BETTER!!! 😡😡🤬🤯

They resolved the issue with payment and returned the money for the total loss of my car in full. the main disadvantage is that they do it very slowly and there is no Russian translator, but the main thing is the result 👍🏻 I got 6500$ back. They also deducted some money (400$) for the tow truck, although it wasn't my fault.

This company is not a company that you want to stay with for the rest of your life type of situation. This is only a temporary insurance when you need to get insurance quick to make sure that the state does not cut off your license from having no insurance a lot of times when people get their license suspended from no insurance is because it's hard to pay the cost of insurance right now this company offers a low rate than most companies right now! So if you just need some time to keep insurance for a lower rate I say go with this company do state minimum and when you save up the money to get something better or see how things go out later on within 6 months to a year you can go to a better Insurance Company. Remember this is only a temporary insurance to make sure you have insurance coverage so the state doesn't spend your license

If you file a claim they'll drop you. After that it is impossible to contact them to get anything accomplished. I was with them for 7 years. Totalled my car due to medical reason and yet they still deducted yo cover the vehicle that they have possession of for the rest of the contracted term. Every time I call them to get a rental, medical bills paid, get money for my claim and refund they hang up on me. 3 months of the worst customer service ever.

The worst insurance possible quick to take your money for payments but when you get into an accident be prepared for your car to not be fixed for a steady 4 months cause they do not answer the phone, they don’t care and they literally dismiss you as if you don’t pay for their service currently stuck in the middle of a claim and once I’m done I’m canceling this horrible insurance and going with a better known insurance I rather pay a little more and know I have peace of mind that I am being taken care of. This insurance does not care about keeping customer only taking their money
