My experience here has been mixed. But there seems to be a downward trend. The last two times I've been, they were playing music that was not appropriate for a children's store, such as Smashing Pumpkins and other pop/rock with explicit lyrics. Really?!?! Also, the customer service has declined. They are not as friendly as they were when they first opened. I hope the manager reads this and makes some improvements since I really love the store otherwise!
If you want to be rejected and / or lied to, attempt to sell your items here. I went to sell my Graco Sense2Snooze bassinet and was rejected because it was "recalled." Well, after talking to Graco representatives and looking at all the Graco recalls, I came to the conclusion that the lady who rejected my bassinet lied to me. I then contacted the Flower Mound location and asked about how they checked for recalls and if my bassinet was one of them. Like the Graco representatives told me, my bassinet was not recalled, and I was given an offer from Flower Mound. If you want to sell, you'll have better luck at Flower Mound.
The clothing was well organized and the prices are much better than similar childrens resale shops. The amount of store credit I received for items I brought in seemed more generous than other shops as well. We'll definitely be returning.
I really love this store and I'd like to give 5 stars but after witnessing what happened yesterday I'm extremely disappointed. It's such an embarrassment having to always see this one specific employee constantly yelling and screaming at the other employees. I do not visit the store to have to listen to that smaller black women always down someone's throat.
Worst place to come and sell your baby clothes. Vanessa said that I should put my items in a dirty boxes rather than taking it the bag that they were already in. Your better off selling your clothes on offer up or Facebook. They need to learn how to treat people. You should be happy that customers want to bring clean clothes.
Very clean and organized store. My only complaint was the male employee behind the counter who checked us out. He seemed so enthusiastic about his job(sarcasm) however I still will give 5 stars because the deals you get here are definitely worth dealing with squidward the cashier for just a moment
rude, underaged girls running this place with one adult who looked clueless, like a deer in headlights. Brought in two bins, one of shoes the other of clothes, including a great winter jacket for a kiddo.All In good condition, nikes, sketchers, adidas and they wanted only a handful of things and offered me 11$ for hundreds of dollars worth of kids shoes and clothes. Because of “wrinkles” im glad i didnt really need it bc that would have just been so insulting. My friend recommended me here but said i should have gone to Plano location instead. I wont be coming back here. Not to mention inconsiderate of customers time, didnt give me an estimate the first time i went in to drop clothes off, then when i did ask for a time estimate a girl told me 30 mins but texted me in 10 saying they were done… just 0/10
Stop in today to see what goodies I can find and had such a great experience. Staff was friendly and greeted my mother and I as soon as we walked in. Store was clean and I found some goodies at great prices. Thank you for your help and patience y’all are truly the best! Visited 11/8/22 around 11am.
I like shopping here for my grandchildren, and I've never had a bad experience. However, I am concerned by the music that is being played. While shopping yesterday, a Guns 'N' Roses song came on which I knew contained foul language. I was hoping the word would be bleeped out, but it wasn't. This is not the type of music that should be played in a retail setting, much less a place geared toward children.
The experience has been getting progressively worse over time. Employees were loudly gossipping last time I was in there, Stood in line and she helped a woman who was behind me first. Then I was short changed $8. Theres clothes with original store tags and the OUAC tag was priced more than the original store price!! several items have stains and excessive wear, then they rudely tell you why they don't take certain items.
