Claims they close at 8pm yet everything from outside like the strollers are put inside the aisles 30 min prior to closing and accessibility throughout the store isn’t possible. Ridiculous.
2 stars because I like their deals on clearance but selling here isnt worth it anymore. I bring in BRAND NEW items and they get returned because of condition. I tested it this time around, it was 90% new items. They only took 3 items. I’ll continue to shop but you have better luck selling on marketplace.
I love shopping here for my baby but… when I have brought clothes that don’t fit my baby anymore to sale that are in good condition barely worn 1 or 2 times because my baby out grows his clothes really quick they pass on everything This las time that I took my baby’s clothes I took 2 big trash bags all cleaned and in great condition and the girl that was “looking” at them wasn’t even actually paying attention to the clothes she would just grab them and pass right away mind you a lot of clothes were only used 1 time and some even still had tags and still passed on them I felt really disappointed on how she was doing it as I was walking the isles I would see some exact same clothes that I was trying to sale on floor so I don’t get why my clothes wasn’t being taken I’ll probably just drive further again to the one in Hudson oaks since the girls actually look at the clothes right
I came to this place to sell some my son's clothes. Name brand names nothing from Walmart. Two big bags of clothes. They said no offer 😞. Do not come here. Go somewhere else kids clothes. This is why I give it two star
RUN TO THIS STORE!!! They always have such great deals going on!! I just saved $160!!! I got a huge bag of clothes for under $15!!! They’re doing clearance 10 for $1 and there’s no cap! Get it while there’s still some left!! The employees were super friendly and helpful!! They’re always so nice every time I go!! I travel 30 minutes just to go to this location!
This store offers a great concept, and I appreciate the opportunity it gives children to bring in toys, sell them, and use the money toward items they've been saving for and working toward. It's a valuable experience that teaches responsibility and goal setting. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. Each time I visit, the front staff appear uninterested in assisting customers and often display very little energy or engagement. It's disheartening because the store itself has so much potential. Since this seems to be a consistent experience rather than an isolated incident, it may be worth reviewing internally to better support a positive and welcoming customer experience
Love shopping for grandson at this sweet store. Staff is friendly and helpful, and clothing is clean and truly "gently worn." I'm not much on digging for finds but have found some great deals on shoes for a toddler who goes through sizes so quickly. We purchased a pair of light up sandals here, and he loves wearing them and stomping his feet to make the lights flash. Most of all, I appreciate businesses where young families can purchase very affordable clothing, toys and other necessary items for their kids. If you are looking for a place to donate gently used clothing, I would suggest Once Upon A Child.
Had an ok experience. I brought in four bag fulls of good condition name brand items and they gave me $38 for half a bag of stuff. I had brand new high top vans and they didn’t even take it but would take like target brand things? Also in case you didn’t know, because they did NOT let me know this, you cannot pick it up the next day or they will DONATE ALL OF THE CLOTHES YOU DROPPED OFF. They did NOT give me that information when I dropped off my items and it would’ve been helpful if they did. I’m lucky I called to check on my items. The old lady who works there looks like a witch and she’s very rude. I don’t think I’ll come back. Thanks for the cash though, I’ll just go to a different location. The Carrollton one is much better
I stopped coming to this store because under previous management it got… icky. But I heard it had been bought and so I gave it another shot. The moment I walked in, I could feel the vibe was different. Everyone was pleasant and the racks were well stocked. And they’re doing cash sales again!! The new owner is lovely and I can tell really cares about her business. Please go back if you too have stopped frequenting this store! It’s worth it, I promise.
