they give you the lowest price i sold new nike sets they only offered $3.50 other girl said depends on who’s doing your others they will try to give you the lowest price
This was a complete waste of time. I drove 46 minutes for a $14.00 offer. First off I would not have wasted my time for .30 cent onesie offers. I have one son and all his clothes are name brand and like new. They still offered me $14.00 for all of the name brand items, they picked through them. I told them No and left the location with my three bins of baby clothes
Just got some great shoes at great prices for tote bag Tuesday! Everything was clean and organized! All the staff were nice and friendly! Can’t wait to shop more sales!
I took several very nice, name brand items to resale and they kept all but a few. I am guessing they gave me about 10%, maximum 15% of what they will sell the items for. In the future, I will either sell on Marketplace or donate instead of wasting my time. I enjoy shopping here, but trying to sell just doesn’t seem worth it.
The store did not have shopping carts with child seats at a baby clothing store. Makes no sense. I had to carry my 28 lb toddler around the store. I will never be back as there are several other of these stores nearby with carts and better quality items.
DONT BOTHER SELLING TO THEM. I used to love this store. I ended up buying a TON of newborn/0-3 month clothing for my new baby. I bought it, washed it, and put it in the dresser. My baby ended up being bigger so they didn’t get to wear most of the clothing. I brought it back to sell back to them and they didn’t take most of the clothing saying “it’s too worn or stained” HOW? I bought it, washed it and had it in the dresser the whole time until I brought it back to them, who sold it to me and the clothing is in perfect condition??? I don’t know who the owner is, but what a RIP OFF. You’ll probably have better luck selling whatever you have on marketplace! Update: while I acknowledge your response—my issue was never with the activity table because it’s understandable when some parts are missing. My issue is, I tried to sell back the same clothes I bought from you that were never worn by my baby. I bought them, washed them and returned them. And then was told they had been “worn” … how? My baby never wore them. They went from your store, to my washer, to the dresser, and back to your store. that is my issue. And when I brought that to their attention, everyone just stared at me with no response. And that is the reason for my review.

Today was my first time ever coming to once upon a child I was attended by one of the workers (I didn’t get a name) but she seemed like she didn’t want to help me I felt like a burden when I was checking out she asked me if I had a phone number and I told her no but I would love to sign up she ignored me completely Also when I asked about the deals she said she didn’t know if any i was told they have great deals and I left with around 15-20 items paying close to $180 in my opinion not worth it so unfortunately my first experience was not good I will not be coming back sadly.
Love this place. I love their mission. Staff were efficient and friendly! Will definitely come back.
