I always love coming in to Paris Hatters and seeing all the great hats and boots! I recently needed my hat resized and they took care of me in about 5 minutes. In and out very quickly and I highly recommend them

first wanted to say I NEVER write bad reviews. As a business owner I post good experiences but this needs to be said. I came in with my family to buy a hat, and was working with a very knowledgeable sales associate. When he wasn’t available any longer I walked to the other side of the shop where a women immediately walked over asked me to not touch the hats and to tell my kids not touch anything (which they were being good for once). I asked to see a fedora and the same lady told me I’m sure you know that’s $135 dollars. Not sure, why this needed to be addressed as I was looking at $500 plus dollar products. Not only did she make that rude comment, but she asked to switch us with a different sales associate, because she seemed annoyed with us . At that that point we just walked out. If you’re looking for a good experience buying a hat I would recommend asked for one of the guys. The women lost them a sale and a customer. I’ll buy my hats elsewhere. As a huge history bath, I was very excited. I went out of my way to come to the shop. I do not recommend coming here if you want a great hat shopping experience. Per your response: we had our nanny with us and our 3 kids and a ratio of 1:1. I find that highly insulting as the majority of our children are middle school aged. This a poor excuse for your awful customer service and treatment of customers. I am more than happy to continue, adding to this post… this is the wrong way to handle poor customer service.

Had a fantastic experience last weekend. Alex and Garrett were very helpful and accommodating. I felt at home, and they made sure that I found a hat of the right size, color, and shape. They showed me the different options for crown shapes I could have, and steamed it to my liking. After shaping the crown, they were very patient and careful in checking the brim length, and trimmed it twice to make sure it was just right. Overall, I would happily recommend Paris Hatters to anyone looking to buy their first, or next, hat fit just for them. I plan to bring my dad in the future to find a Stetson of his favorite color and style. I hope to visit again soon!

Very unprofessional, I cannot speak more louder and more clearer that this place has disappoint me by the farthest. The customer service is no good. They have no manners. They turned away my dad and my husband just because they were overwhelmed today and felt like they couldn’t Attend them. on top of that management tries to comment on her own mistakes to try to cover up for her bad behavior unfortunately for her I guess her parents didn’t show her good enough manners, nor are you a great sales person either because from what I understood you had more than three people say how rude you were not, including me and my husband This is a disappointment. You should probably not work there at all.

I don't need to come to this store ever again. I understand not wanting people to take pics, but I'm very big on, "it's not what you say, it's how you say it." As a business owner, I hope to never be that person that makes a customer feel unwelcome. If you're looking for hospitality, this place isn't it. You're better off going to Cavenders Boot City.

Thank you for having a good selection of hats ever since my uncle asked me if I was going to get a cowboy hat in Texas I’ve been looking forward to it and the best part is the hat I got was at a good price thank you for having a great history and having a welcoming staff willing to help find your hat -schetzsle

I walked into this hat store intending to buy a hat, but after receiving the worst service, I walked out. I did try to explain why I decided not to buy a hat at this store, and the lady was even more rude and unprofessional. Good ridence I will buy a hat somewhere else and I will let everyone one know not to shop at this place. In response to your message: I wasn't looking for a hat made out of a material that does not exist. I was looking for a hat or hats that would work for me. It's not just one or the other, and that's that. A little bit of custom service goes a long way. And it is expected. If your customer service had been nice and helpful, you could have sold two hats, equalling $700 plus. The person that I talked to was rude and short tempered, not willing to take time to provide professional customer service. Your response shows that is the status quo for how your business operates. You should have apologized for my unfortunate experience shopping at your store. Instead, you put it back on me. It's your loss, and you should learn from this episode.

It was an amazing experience as soon as I walked in the door! I came in to get a hat, but I wasn’t exactly sure what style I wanted initially. They were very helpful helping me choose the style and shape that would best fit my face. Garrett shaped my hat and did an amazing job! I absolutely love my new hat, so much so that I had to walk out the shop wearing it!! If I’m ever back in town, I will definitely come back!

I've wanted a Stetson for a long time. I saw the American Pickers episode when Frank bought his hat here and have wanted to come ever since. I finally got my chance. The store is a great looking establishment. The gentlemen who fitted and helped me were great people. I bought an El Patron, and just as I hoped, it feels great to wear. It is truly a handsome hat. I am glad I had the opportunity to meet these great people and get this awesome hat. Thank you very much.

I went into Paris Hatters knowing I wanted a golf style hat to cover my bald head. The employees there knew exactly what style of hat I needed. They took the time to fit me perfectly and even showed me some hat bands that I could upgrade to if I wanted. I got the perfect Stetson Golf Style hat with lots of ventilation and a new upgraded leather hat band w/the Texas star on it. I paid a fair price and was extremely happy with my purchase. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. No high pressure sales here. I recommend Paris Hatters to everyone.
