It’s been a great experience shopping at Paris Hatters. Been here a few times, we get well taken care of. Billy and Isaac’s knowledge of hats and fitting is freaking amazing. These gentlemen know their craft. Been a pleasure stopping by when we travel through San Antonio. Take care y’all, till next time 🤠
My friend and I were treated horribly. While carefully showing him a hat and carefully returning it back on the shelf an older white thinning haired man grabbed it out of my hands stuffing it back on the other hats poorly. I mentioned that " I could have done that". He walked off in a huff! My friend bought a $49.99 hat, no bag or receipt was given, being told to put it in his purse/bag! I own over 50 boots 90% of them are all leather I had thought about buying from them but certainly changed my mind after this, also there was a baby in a crib in the middle of the store very unprofessional!
Literally one of the most famous hat bars in Texas. Just walk in and look at all the pictures on the wall of all the movies, celebs, comedians, athletes, millionaires, you name em... They worked with me and made the hat I wanted exactly how I wanted it, fine tweaked the fit and its perfect. Their prices are hard to beat, I'll wait for someone to show me a better priced equal or better quality hat/service out there... BTW, it doesn't exist...🤣
I stopped by here earlier to get my hat reshaped to more of a cattleman block. The staff was honest enough to advise me of the risk of doing this with a felt hat. In what seemed like less than a minute, the hatter shaped the hat perfectly. The owner, who has worked here nearly 6 decades, only charged me $15. Historic family businesses like this are so rare nowadays and sadly have been replaced by chain retail stores, which will never offer the same level of perfection and authenticity. I will definitely stop by again soon.
One of the most GENUINE run family business I’ve ever experienced. I had no idea where to start with a hat and they helped me through every process of making my custom hat . I enjoyed my time so much I was in that small store for 2 hrs def worth a trip to Texas JUST TO GET A HAT . A MUST GO TO STOP
Isaac was great and very helpful. My husband and I were buying our first hats and trying to get as much information as possible and making sure we had the right fit since this was a very expensive purchase. Isaac was very helpful and accommodating. The lady sitting in there, who I am assuming works there, was so incredibly rude to us that we ended up walking out. She was rude from start to finish with every question we had, even though we weren't talking to her. She questioned me in an extremely condescending way and made me feel very uncomfortable for looking inside the hat, where literally all of the information about the hat is located, as if I wasn't allowed to do that. She was just overall rude and should probably not be working with customers. They lost a sale and we will never be back.
My husband & I accompanied my brother Les & Lori while Abe fitted Les for a beatiful new hat. The history of Paris was most interesting & Les' looked very handsome.in his new purchase 😁
Came in and bought two stetson hats. Had to get a USA made hat to add to the collection back home in Australia. Had to come back today to get one for the wife.
