I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I have been reporting repeated outage issues for almost a year now across as many methods as possible. Repeated calls - some that last upwards of 45 minutes - we've had service requests submitted, investigations, I've submitted via the online form twice, and via Facebook messenger. We have never received any form of contact back regarding our issues and I am FURIOUS. I work in a service industry, and if I ever left an issue unaddressed and provided no communication to the customer, I'd be fired. I've been a PECO customer for 10 years, always pay on time, and very rarely complain. I am appalled at this poor level of service. We have taken to submitting a formal complaint with BBB because I refuse to pay for overpriced service when they can't bother to address our problems. I'm done waiting.

They can handle this company. Called and verified that me rental property electric was transferred over to the new tenant and I just received a bill in the mail but so did she so they are double charging! I’m looking into switching companies now!

Every time our power goes out, it’s at least 4 days until we get it back. Billing system is a disaster. Sometimes we don’t get a bill for months and then it shows up for a shut ton of money. Madness.

I would give 0 start to this company. I wanted to change my account from one address to another. Only way to do the change is by calling their customer care which I was never able to connect to even after waiting for hours.

Worst company ever exist on earth . You schedule an appointment without knowing anytime frame when a person supposed to show up , he doesn’t show up at all you have to wait 50 minutes until someone answer you’re phone call like they make you a favor and let you know that the technician can arrive up to midnight or next day without exact answer . Very unprofessional to deal with , frustrating and would avoid it at any cost if possible .

Terrible 600$ for one month. But don’t worry they won’t rush to make sure you have power or anything. Been sitting with no power for 2 days and no one showed up. Funny how I call peco to get help 6 different times to only be told each time they have an active ticket out for me residents. But yet no one shows up. Real funny how they don’t have contacts to there own employees or dispatch people to there calls. Peco is a trash electric company and way over priced

Terrible company. Quick to complain when you are late to pay your bill but power has been out for 24hrs. No ac no showers no cooking. Say it'll be out for a total of 73 hours. How do you not have transformers on hand. Use a different company if possible! Terrible company.

Dealing with the New Business department for a simple meter relocation was an excruciating experience.

i’ve had no power for a week and a half jesus christ all i want to do after my 12 hour shift is have a hot shower and a home cooked meal but i guess peco hates to see a girl moderately comfortable in her own apartment. (bills are paid btw). they keep saying they’ll send an electrician over but nothing has changed. it’s been 10 days i fear. free me.

I truly wish there was another company that could be used. I had a screenshot of the proof in which their app told me one bill invoice but apparently there was a different amount due on their end that they could see. How convenient for them. I asked to send the proof of my screenshot for the discrepancy, they don’t have an email or a way for me to share the information and then they’re trying to put me in collections for it. This company sucks and their app sucks.
