SCAMMED! I ordered a test in March and never received. Several phone calls and emails later, STILL no response. Already a month into dispute and no refund, either.
I received the test very quickly. The test was intact and worked as it should. There were instructions included with the test that gave me detailed directions to properly complete it with no problems. I had results within one minute. Pinnacle BioLabs is a good standing company that produces and ships quality testing products. I will gladly use them again.
My first bad review, but my experience with this company required it. I ordered and received a PSA test through the mail and sent it in expecting results in 5 days as advertised. 2 weeks later, I called to get a status. I was told they were behind schedule and to give it more time. I gave it 2 more weeks never hearing anything back. I called again and was told that they would send my request to the company that does the test and that I would be contacted. They took my info. No reply after 7 days, so I called back. They said that my order was "fulfilled" and that they would send another request to get the info and that someone would contact me. It has been 4 days again with no response. All I am looking for is my PSA level. It appears that Pinnacle is just a middle man and has no access to anything from the lab doing the test. They don't give you a way to contact the company doing the test directly. They just send them a note to follow up which the company never does. This is a horrible company.
Scam business. Like others here, ordered product and paid. No delivery, no shipment information, no response via email or phone call. Reported business to BBB, FTC, as well as Attorney General of the state. All with no resolution going on several months now. Do not give them your money. If you did get scammed, report to FTC and AG. BBB can't do anything.
DO NOT purchase from this company under any circumstances!!!!! Read latest reviews. Ordered two tests in January and did not receive any. Called their number and it is an answering service. Told the answering company to tell whomever is in charge that I am going to sue. Was told a Brian or a Charlie would call. Brian called 6-5-23 and assured there would be a check mailed. Never heard from them again. Tried to contact again multiple times ...emails, phone calls and a letter. No response. I checked the Tennessee Division of Corporation website and their company is inactive. Called the Tennessee Division of Corporation to verify...put on inactive status because they haven't filed their annual business statement since August of 2022. Registered agent is a Charlie Valentine. Tennessee Division of Corporation has no phone number. DO NOT ORDER!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!
Do not order from this company. I ordered a test that requires sending a blood sample to their lab using a provided shipping label. They did not include a shipping label. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service and have received no responses to my emails. The number on their website has been disconnected.
Received just one of two tests that I ordered directly from them. Made multiple calls and emails over past two months with no response. Have ordered from them previously with no issues so don't know what is going on with their customer service. Overall great products so hope they make good.
They’re a scam and do not ship their product. My wife ordered a test kit w/expedited shipping over two months ago - after a month with no shipping info she reached out and got no response. Still no response and package has not left their facility. Avoid them by all means and if you did order from them, report them to BBB. Fraudsters.
I ordered fit colorectal immuno tests and realized I'll be on vacation next week so 10 minutes after ordering, I sent an email to delay shipping or cancel order. I then received the order number so I resent the same email. 12 hours later no reply so I called and left a message to delay shipping or cancel. No response, no contact only voice messages. There is no way to speak with someone. No customer service. I've ordered in the past with no problems but if you need to speak with someone you won't. Good test, bad company.
Best, most clear directions I have ever seen for these kinds of tests! It was so easy!! I loved that I could discreetly do it and check it myself. No sending anything in to a lab and waiting super impatiently for results. Got them in 4 minutes! Getting one for my whole family!
