Order came without all the proper components. Have emailed and tried to call and no response. Phone number seems to be out of order.
This was the easiest test I have done. Non invasive and you have results within minutes as a matter of fact the whole process only takes minutes and now I have piece of mind that I do not have colon polyps. I definitely would use again and recommend this product to everyone. It came straight to my door and delivery was amazing fast and discreet. This is my first time trying out the kit by Pinnacle Biolab. It is very cheap and I'm sure everyone can afford the testing kit. I was so surprised when I saw my fast result. I am definitely gonna recommend the kit to my friends and family members. I love it.
This company is a total scam. They did not send me any results on a PSA test I purchased from them and would not answer any emails or phone calls or requests from the BBB or me.Stay away from Pinnacle Biolabs. I lost $30.00 on this deal.
I was told about this test by a friend and it was very easy to use and straightforward. The directions were clear and I think it's great you are able to get test results within 4-7 minutes. Great product!
We, KDACovid19 have used Painnacle Biolabs' Rapid antibody testing kits for our Free Drive through community events. We tested over 800 people and have found them to be reliable. We compared the results with other rapid antibody tests. Charlie sent the test kits to us promptly and answered all my questions regarding the test's sensitivity, specificity and cross reactions. Super helpful!
Fraudent Billing Practices. Was paid by our insurance for standard drug testing associated with standard medical care for my pregnant wife. In the process of being paid by the insurance company they billed us for $2000 for a standard 7 panel drug test. This bill was negotiated down to $750 and paid out of pocket before we realized our insurance had paid them. Very Shady Business Practices and Margie from billing was completely unprofessional on the phone and took 0 steps to work with us to get our money back. These kind of companies need to be Investigated by the attorney general and BBB. Please double check with your insurance company before ever paying a bill to these thieves!
Don't waste your time and money! I paid for a PSA test and they never sent it. Repeated phone calls, emails, still they won't send what i paid for! I asked for a refund, i doubt I'll get it. STAY AWAY!
This is the best BioLab I have at the moment. The manner at which the test patients are top notch. You don't need to stress yourself coming back for your results. At pinnacle BioLabs, results are sent via email. There are experts in their business.
This is a scam. I ordered the test to determine my PSA before a visit to my urologist. They never responded to any of my emails and never gave me a psa reading by email or postage mail. This company is taking advantage of sick individuals who are looking for answers!
