If you want to live in the heart of the city, with all the luxurious amenities you could ask for; all towered together in the crown gem of historic charm in this city, then welcome home. We absolutely love living here, and what is even better is the staff is so friendly and the community really does feel like family.
INCREDIBLE apartments with top tier management and staff! So impressed with the living spaces and amenities this complex has to offer. The location could not be better; it is a dream living situation! HIGHLY recommend!
Bad experience! Place will take your full deposit upon move out! Very dirty and unclean! Definitely not luxury living! Residents do not cleanup after their animals! It stinks! You will get stuck in the elevator (there old and damaged from water due to a fire) don’t recommend! Not a good experience what so ever!!!
Excellent place to live downtown! Building has excellent amenities and the apartments and well designed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance request are quickly rectified. Classy location with class people in the heart of downtown!
BJ came to fix my clogged bathroom sink. I later noticed I had an amazing amount of water pressure in my bathroom sink. Thank you for whatever he did! He is also so friendly every time I see him.
If you like fire alarms and living in a dorm, this place is for you. Today was the 5th fire alarm in as many months. The walls are good, but the doors are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in the halls...which when you live in a dorm is a lot. The amenities are good and location is nice for downtown...but I'm thinking there are better options.
Terrible experience with trying to view the apartments. The staff is incredibly rude and they do not communicate with one another. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and was told to “walk in after 1pm” and someone will assist me. I did just that and one leasing agent said, “I’ll help you in 15 mins.” After 20 mins, they decided no one could assist me even though everyone was free from anyone being in front of them. I voiced my concerns to a resident walking by and they told me they were EXCITED NOT to renew because they NEVER follow up on their promises and the amenities are NOT accessible. Super unprofessional and a total terrible indication of what living there could be like. Look elsewhere.
P&L apartments are a great place to call home. The location is great everything is nearby! When I was looking for a new place one of my priorities was to be pet friendly & they are great with pets, they even have treats for them by the doors. Super friendly staff and the views from the rooftop are to die for 🥰
I've lived here for three years and love the walkability since it is in the middle of downtown Kansas City. The gym has everything you need and the staff is super friendly!
Power n light apartments was the best decision I’ve made when it comes to living around luxury, comfort and fun ! Our privacy is great and you are truly getting what you pay for . Everyone is welcoming and helpful and the synergy in this building really resonate with this history of the building! Neko fields!
