This is a pretty terrible grocery store. If you have the means to travel further to get groceries, you absolutely should. - If you're not being harassed by homeless people outside the store, you're being harassed by militant security and rude employees inside the store. - The store is generally disorganized and filthy compared to other grocery stores. - The self checkouts are basically all broken in some manner. - There are rarely any carts near the entrance, so anyone walking to the store has to walk over to the elevators before they can start shopping. - The sale price stickers throughout the store are frequently out of date (and if you're not buying things that are on sale with the store card, the prices are insane). Updated review in May 2025: Do not shop at this store. I was accosted by a security guard today when I was trying to leave after finishing at the self checkout. Apparently they are now checking receipts twice for everyone who shops there, treating everyone as if they could be a shoplifter. The guards are rude and militant, carrying visible weapons and wearing vests. The store does not care about its customers any longer -- customer service wouldn't even allow me to place a complaint about my experience. This QFC does not deserve anyone's business, no matter how convenient a location it may be, as they no longer even pretend to treat their customers with respect.

I was here to pick cash from a Wester Union money order. I first approached a cashier that very kindly explained me that that service is provided at the Customer Service desk, she was extra nice and explained me details about its location. Once there, the person attending at that moment was also kind, quick and helpful. I was able to pickup my cash with no issues. Lastly, in case this information is helpful to other customers: while the Western Union kiosks at Walgreens have a pickup limit of $300, here I was able to pickup $500. Security has been increased, you cannot leave without having your receipt checked, and the guards are now ARMED, so as an innocent bystander you are now simply one drug-induced confrontation away from being a victim of friendly fire. I used to shop here almost daily until they started checking receipts while armed. Adding more guns to the mix, along with harassing and risking the lives of your patrons is flat out WRONG and won't accomplish anything positive.

Multiple items stocked and priced incorrectly. Had to wait for them to check price. They came and said they were all stocked wrong but we still have to pay the higher price. Very crowded and not very friendly staff.

I haven't been to this location in a long time because it used to feel unsafe and dirty, but I begrudgingly went to get groceries today because of the convenience of the location and color me surprised! There's a noticeable increase in security which has made the store noticeably cleaner and safer. No weird muddy smudges in the aisles, not strange piss smell in random areas, and everything was neatly stocked and faced. I'm thrilled this can be my go-to neighborhood grocery store again!

Parking garage smells bad every time and price signs are wrong. The cashier could not find the coupon either.

I have been shopping at this QFC for over 15 years now one of their supervisors is a very racist angry individual I have seen him be rude and racist to the white employees and customers I was in on the 31st with a friend we had two separate orders he proceeded to dump the first order into the bottom of the rolling cart with no external bag when I said that I was going to put my stuff in that card as well he just put all of my things on top of the other order in the bag with no paper bag no separation of the orders so of course I'm upset because in 15 years of going to that store never once have they not bagged an order let alone combined two separate orders into one thing so of course I'm upset and I went to say something as soon as I said something and I even slightly upset voice he spun you can't talk to me like that you have to lower your voice I said I'm not yelling at you I'm upset I have reason to be upset you need to get out of here you're banned you're banned. And as we get to the door he leans over to me and says you should watch how you speak to people especially since you're white. Needless to say that was obnoxious but highly inappropriate for him to say to a customer and I had every reason in right to be upset. What makes me the angriest is that even if I had talked to his manager nothing would have happened nothing would have been done to reprimand him or try to bring him in line or correct an ugly behavior because that's Seattle folks racism is perfectly acceptable as long as the person doing it is of a race other than white. I am so disappointed in you Seattle

In what head does it occur to them to have the alcohol area in the customer service part and more than 20 minutes for a person to come and see it because there is no one in that area. He clarified that this is 4 pm

Security harasses you as soon as you walk in the store and eye balls you all through out your shopping experience like you walked into a prison?

I have a brother and sister that worked for QFC for 30+ years and I always shopped there. I stopped once they were bought by Kroger, the quality of staff and groceries went way down. I The two stores by my house are on Broadway Ave. E. in Seattle, which is not the best neighborhood. I recently stopped in one of the stores and felt very uncomfortable walking in. Lots of addicts and scarey looking people sitting all around the outside of the store. The prices are quite high compared to Trader Joe’s and Amazon Fresh. It’s sad. I shopped there for many, many years.
