I love QFC..its thee ONLY place I know that sells Pet Fresh Dog food, super large powdered creamer, and 2 different kinds of my favorites, peanut butter filled pretzels and sunflower butter filled pretzels!! If ONLY they sold Otter Pops and the gallon size of Lucerne Birthday Cake Ice Cream .....my life would be complete!

Updated self-check out machines so it looks nicer. They have security to check your receipt before you leave now. Because of the location, there will be homeless/drug induced persons. They increased their security. I go here often for groceries because of the location. There is no public bathroom.

Because there’s never a scooter! I get so tired esp after walking up the ramp I wish there was a scooter. Also why is there no 10% off for dying flowers? Or did Sis Whitman just dislike my face? Ok but the 4 stars is because they have wonderful for and lots of ingredients for girl dinner. And sushi! And an hour of free parking!

Corporate has officially given up on this store. As of late June 2026, moldy food across several shelves. Moldy burger patties. Moldy cookies on the discount shelf. Produce has been disappointing for a while. And today, we got sour, oxidized steaks that were clearly dipped in something to make them pink again. The center of the meat had a square-shaped gray area when cut into. Disgusting. (I'd attach a photo but it's in the trash already)

I am beyond disappointed with the management at this location, specifically Aric, the front-end manager. I visited with specific concerns regarding severe allergies (BPS/BPA) and was met with a complete lack of empathy or accommodation. I purchased the red, white, and blue ice cream, which was melted and smelled expired. Despite providing proof of purchase via both a photo of my receipt and the digital receipt on my QFC app, Aric refused to help, stating there was "nothing they could do." Dealing with an ableist management team that ignores food safety and customer health is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter further.

Great convenience store. Great to see they carry plant based foods. Fresh bakery, health and beauty, meat seafood and more. I saw associates interact with customers, so that is important. Starbucks and floral.

This grocery store.I probably go to more than any other due to its location and subsequent accessibility. I think the staff there are great and very helpful and try to remember that they go through quite a bit in that store to help keep our food safe. So I appreciate that and all of it they do

TL;DR: This store is unsafe, and the employees are rude and will insult you to your face. Two weeks ago, a security guard -- employees of Phoenix Security -- asked for my receipt as I was leaving. I handed it to him and said "keep it" since I didn't know where a garbage was. The guard then called me a "Jackass" and proceeded to verbally abuse me until I asked an employee to locate a store manager. I returned to the store today for the first time since the previous engagement. Due to technical issues, I needed an employee to assist me. When I was done paying, she never handed me a receipt before walking away. After telling security I was never given a receipt, the guard threatened to arrest me for trespassing if I didn't provide one. So I found the employee who assisted me, and she refused to print out a receipt for me, arguing that she already did. When I pressed her on my need for one, another cashier jumped in and called me an "asshole." We eventually returned to the checkout stand where she found the receipt on the ground behind the stand. Apparently instead of handing it to me, she tossed it on my groceries and it fell onto the floor. Considering how unsafe this location has become with the extensive amount of illicit drugs use both outside the main entrance, and in the parking garage below, I question what the priorities are at this location. To me it seems that employees would rather spend their time being rude and insulting customers than keeping customers safe. Don't even get me started on how many times I have found human excrement next to my car in the garage. Or the time food was dumped all over the top of my car, and the QFC staff wouldn't provide any paper towels so I could wipe it off. My closest female friend won't shop here because of how uncomfortable the staff always makes her feel.

This store is absolutely disgusting. They’re selling out of date baby food, and mold was found in the formula my brother bought. My brother is a Veteran who served seven years overseas and they would not refund him for the spoiled baby formula he bought for his child. What’s more, there’s bed bugs in the throw blankets they sell in the holiday aisle. The staff does not care at all about its customers, only money, and it shows. I am never going back to this store and I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Security always looking me like I'm trying to steal something even when I'm with my baby but it is where I do most my shopping so it's a half good half bad it's a ghetto but convenient
