Awful company. Awful people. Awful experience. Do not use this company for any reason. I recently relocated from the east coast to the west coast for a new job. My new company paid for our car (2010 Mercedes) to be transported. I had the car washed 45 minutes before they picked it up. The Reindeer representative (likely a subcontractor) wrote "dirty" because of the watermarks left on the drying car after being washed; there was no dirt on it car at all, none. I receive the car on the west coast a day late, covered in dust and dirt, with two very apparent gashes (not superficial scratches) which chipped the paint. After documenting this on the drop-off paperwork (which were not noted on the initial pick-up paperwork), taking pictures, and getting a repair estimate from a local body shop, all on my time, I submitted the claim with this information. And they denied my claim because of the initial "dirty" claim made at the initial drop off with the Reindeer representative. Consider yourself warned, this company is not to be trusted.

I had a great experience with my car move. My car was shipped and delivered across multiple states in under 30hours. The driver was exceptional in keeping me informed on my delivery status. Overall, I had no complaints about this company and was blown by their high service levels.

Great communication for transporting our car across the border from Boston to Toronto! Pick up was on time and delivery was within the projected time frame. We appreciated the instructions for getting our car through customs (they had us fill out the paperwork ahead of time) and several status updates as our car was in transit. The car arrived safely without damage. All-in-all a very smooth, trouble-free experience! Thanks!

Reindeer transported my car from California to Massachusetts. The car needed a wash when it arrived, but otherwise it was perfectly fine and not damaged at all. The price was within my expectations based on my research into the cost of transporting a car across the country. Reindeer originally estimated it would take 13-14 days to transport my car, but ended up delivering it within 12 days. They kept me updated daily with the car's estimated date of arrival. Everyone I dealt with in person and on the phone was very professional and friendly. They picked up the car right from my house in California, but they were not able to deliver to my new address in downtown Cambridge because the streets are too narrow, so I took uber to meet them 6 miles away from my home.

We have used Reindeer Auto twice now and are extremely grateful for the professional and courteous service. Our cars are picked up on time and brought to us within the delivery framework with no hitches. Everyone, from the move coordinator to the drivers, are very personable, knowledgeable and eager to help. In an age where service is sorely lacking, Reindeer stands out as a competent and reliable company.

We had our car transported from the Midwest to the West Coast. The service was exceptional from pick up to delivery! We experienced both regular email communication and personal phone calls from Amy to keep us informed on the pick up and delivery schedule. Their motto, “real. personal. service.” , is exactly what we experienced. I highly recommend reindeer auto relocation.

Had a poor experience with Reindeer Auto— I scheduled a car shipment pickup for a Saturday, and was told the pickup window would be between 8am and 12pm. I made it clear that I had a flight and would need to leave my house shortly after the pickup window, and was told there would be no problem with this. As it neared 12pm, I called all of the numbers I had, left voicemails, and never received a response back, not even from their “24/7 customer care line”. Finally, around 4pm, I received a call and was told my car could not be picked up until the next day (Sunday). Since I had a flight already scheduled for Saturday, I had to pay to reschedule the flight and get a hotel to accommodate Reindeer Auto changing my pickup date with no warning. I reached out to the manager (Stephan Weidner) to request a discount for my inconvenience and the poor customer service, and received a 5 paragraph email back essentially blaming me for the schedule change! I was shocked to receive this treatment from the “manager”. In addition, two of the reviews written here on Google are from Reindeer Auto employees (Caleb Shockley and Zach Battson), which is clearly an attempt to boost ratings. Very unethical. Would NOT recommend this company for car shipment services.

I shipped my Acura RDX from Colorado to Illinois using reindeer auto relocation and the service was excellent. The pickup, delivery was on time and the agents, truck drivers were the best relocation professionals I have seen till date. John Graham was coordinating my car move and he ensured to provide me the required updates as and when needed. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend the service to friends and family (when they relocate). Thanks.

Do NOT book through Reindeer Auto if you have any sense. The communication was terrible from the start. I kept getting update calls that I would receive the car on the last day of the pickup window. I had made plans but the car never came... they said they never even booked a carrier... on the last day of the delivery window?! How do you not book a carrier when they’ve been giving me updates on the car. They gave me a rental car and said the delivery will occur July 6, which is fine, it is what it is. but then on JULY 4, the carrier said that they were going to stop by to drop off the car. it was a holiday so we had no idea where to put the car in storage and what to do since Reindeer’s office was closed for the day. I had to cancel arrangements to be here for when the car came and RUSH back to my drop off location. This was an incredibly overpriced, TERRIBLE experience, and I’d much rather just drive the 30 hours instead of getting my car relocated with Reindeer. And when I emailed (very nicely!!!) regarding the situation, I would get response emails that addressed none of my questions... I’m just so over it, I should’ve trusted the other reviews. 0/10 recommend.

Do not use!! Our relocation company hired them to move our vehicle. It arrived damaged with the rudest possible driver, who took several days to get the car to us (after telling us on the phone he would deliver next day then telling us to come get the car but would not tell us where he was). ?? Not only was the car damaged, after making me run around and get estimates, Reindeer refused to pay for the damage they caused! Reindeer will say the car was already damaged when they got it, so take pictures if you have to use them. I would never claim damage that was there prior. In fact, there was prior damage to the car in a different area, and that was not on our claim. The scratches that were on our car when it was delivered to us, were done by someone who transported it or we would not have filed a claim. All representatives of this company were rude and unhelpful from start to finish. Run, don’t walk, away from this company. I regret not transporting the car myself, inconvenient as it would have been.
