UPDATE: payment was received. They don't pay their bills. If you try to reach anybody there, they won't pick up the phone. Aio from Accounts Payable is an ignorant. Anyway, every directory option you can choose while calling has a voicemail on. And no, leaving a voicemail doesn't help. Nobody calls you back ; ) Guess, collection notice will be helpful.

Awful transport company. My BMW arrived with bumper partially detached and parking brake lever mangled. They are refusing to compensate me for the repairs. -They claim that because my bumper had some scratches on it when the car was picked up, that constitutes pre-existing damage and it is therefore okay for the vehicle to arrive with the bumper partially detached. The bumper being detached from the wheel liner is not a scratch! -They also claim that they need evidence for how the parking brake was mangled even though I cannot possibly provide such evidence since I was not the one who transported my car.

Immediate response and the lowest rate quoted compared to other companies. Updated every step of the way and the pick up and delivery process was so smooth and feasible. Picked up from Lemoore, CA to New Mexico. Highly recommended! Utilized them twice for PCS/Relocation moves with the military and would use them again if need be! Cars delivered with no damage, door to door!

I am a tow truck driver. It was asked to pick up a vehicle that was over 150 miles. They could not get other companies to on time. To treat a small business and don’t care to pay us only $150 for a dry ride is really crazy. The manager, Jessica Clark is responsible for the whole situation. And if that is a leader, then the whole team sucks. I am a small business and that is terrible to the trucking industry. Mind you I do not have a contract with them at all. I am independent.

Great customer service, communication A+. Online support was able to accommodate my needs in relocating car from GA to CA. It took only three and half days to get it to me. No issues, pleasant driver. Would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you 🤗

They did a fantastic job handling my vehicle move with my relocation for Meta. The pickup and drop-off drivers were both fantastic and handled everything very professionally. Mary, the logistics specialist I worked with was fantastic and handled everything with ease. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs... Never have I had more trouble trying to contact a company, waited a whole day just to be told driver was in the next city over and wasn't coming. Vehicle was dropped off at the location without any notice to me, thankfully my father was there (who was not cleared to take delivery of the car and went through no verification). Driver smoked my clutch (literal fire and smoke) and its nearly ruined. I understand you need to burn clutch to move off the trailer, but it should not take 13 tries to do this, that is incompetence and my clutch is ruined. Wheels were scratched as well as bumpers (minor paint damage but plentiful), and since I was not present to take delivery and my dad just signed the form, I was not able to file a claim. I got a call one hour after the car was delivered. I called a total of 30 times during this process and maybe got through 3 times to a person. To be fair to the representatives I spoke to when I did get through, they were nice, but as far as proactive communication, abysmal

Updated Edit July 27th. Reindeer has decided to cover the costs for this damage. Terrible experience with Reindeer. I payed extra for an enclosed transport (additional $700.00) and received my vehicle with the rear view mirror hanging off the windshield with the windshield cracked in that area. The response to my claim was "no sufficient evidence the damage was caused by transport". The vehicle left with everything in tact and arrived with the mirror hanging (that is the evidence). I was told it could be extreme heat that caused this (I am an engineer in the automotive industry and know for a fact heat cannot crack the windshield in such a way). The claim amount was only $437.00 to have the damages repaired and they denied it. I would not trust this company with any vehicle ever again. Please do not ship your car with them you will regret it.

First time using an auto transport company and I'm glad it was Reindeer! Spencer kept an open line of communication either via email, text or call. The car was picked up as scheduled with no issues. During the transport, we received a notification through our vehicle manufacture app that our vehicle was in ana accident. We called Reindeer on a Sunday and within minutes they were able to confirm with the driver that the accident sensors on the vehicle were jostled during transport that it triggered an alert. We picked up our vehicle a day early and it was perfect! Big THANKS to Spencer and his team at Reindeer for an exemplary experience!

I had a really great experience working with Charlize. I had a lot of questions about potential pick-up and drop-off windows as well as contingency plans and she was not only prompt but also efficient and courteous. The pick-up was as scheduled and also very smooth and quick! They coordinated drop off with me for the exact timing of the day I needed in the middle of a busy move and brought it right to a busy downtown city street. I opted for the open container transport as it was much lower in cost and I had no issues upon receiving my car.
