Reindeer Auto Relocation was the vendor in our relocation package. We relocated from Virginia to Colorado and had a great experience! We received lots of helpful information in advance. Scheduling was easy, and a representative called us a day before and again on the morning of to ensure that the timing was still good for us. We received updates when the car arrived in CO ahead of schedule (and ahead of us!) and they were great about storing it a couple days until we got there. Delivery went off without a hitch and our vehicle arrived in mint condition - not a scratch on it. Thank you Reindeer Auto Relocation for making at least this part of our move smooth and painless!

AVOID this company! They do not take care of your vehicle and when they damage it, they try to offer you a settlement for less than the amount of repair. I had two vehicles they moved from CA to TX. They damaged both. On the most serious damage, the vehicle was completely inoperable and had to be winched off the delivery transport (it was driven on in fully-operational condition). One of the intermediate movers tried to force the gear selector and broke the shifter tube inside the steering column. The repair was a very reasonable $675 (including towing) and they STILL refuse to accept responsibility or pay the full amount for the repair. They are behaving like an insurance company. The employees who work for this shady company have no integrity.

I used Reindeer Auto to move across the country and initially things were great - they showed up right on time and the pickup was very fast and easy with everything arranged through my relocation company. That's about where the good experience stopped unfortunately. During transit, I received numerous delivery date updates with my vehicle arriving an additional day late, another two days added after, then another day...and after planning for the arrival date they told me (at last), they surprised me when the driver asked if he could show up the next day (< 24 hours notice) which I couldn't do since I was not going to be home. Felt very disorganized as if even THEY didn't know when my car would show up lol. Then finally, I get my car, and to my amazement it was not covered or wrapped AT ALL and had 3,000 miles of dried dead bugs all over it. I had to pay over $200 for an exterior detail and some of the dried bugs left permanent paint damage (though thankfully hard to see) and after reading other reviews here I didn't even bother going through the claims service. Overall I would definitely not use Reindeer Auto again.

Used Reindeer for international auto shipment from Europe to the U.S. One of the best auto shipment services I've ever used. They talked me through the entire process, provided detailed instructions for completing all of the required paperwork and communicated with me via phone and email throughout each step of the process. They were extremely responsive and friendly. Vehicle delivery was hassle-free; great communication from dispatcher and vehicle driver was courteous. They took great care with vehicle (inside and out). Reindeer even followed up with a phone call to me to ensure delivery was completed without issue and to remind me about the 24hr damage reporting period if I identified anything that was missed during the drop-off inspection. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend to everyone.

I went through corporate relocation and they were not a volunteered choice from me. Overall horrible experience. 1. ***Putting the most absurd one first: The caps for tire stem valves were all gone at destination when I went to pick it up. All four tires of my car (pretty standard sedan) were around 75-80 psi (normal range 32-35 psi). Thankfully my car has tire pressure sensors and warned me before I drove away. Otherwise who knows what would happen.. 2. The driver barely communicate in understandable English making it extra difficult to set up pickup and drop-off times. 3. The location that was set up with the agency for car pickup is a failure. I was told by the driver that he couldn't drive to the designated location and I need to drop off my car where he is. I find this on the very opposite of customer friendly. 4. My car came back with stains on the ceiling of interior. No idea what happened there... I understand it would be dirty on the outside and never compliant about that.

Great experience overall. Moved my car across the country from east to west coast. It was coordinated very well by Mikie and Anita and they provided me with regular status updates. Pickup and delivery were both smooth and on time. My car arrived without damage and I was even reimbursed the cost of a basic wash because it arrived dirty from the road.

Very bad experience. This relocating was very unorganized and not well managed. They were supposed to pick up my car between 8:00am an 5:00pm PST, but on the day of delivery they canceled the delivery after 4:00pm PST, and then decided to tow my car to a storage to be delivered later which caused delay and cancelation of my other plans. I received my vehicle with a damage which not only I have to spend extra time to go through claim process, but I am not happy that I have to put my vehicle in a body shop to be painted because of carelessly and lack of responsibility of people who were in charge of this process. I trusted this company to deliver my vehicle safe. They were supposed to ease my way and not making it more difficult and adding more issue in my life.

Reindeer helped me relocate my vehicles from Maryland to Texas. Their customer service was very friendly and responsive. The driver was friendly and he communicated fairly well. He treated my vehicles with the care that I would treat them with. The delivery was very fast, and he arrived within the designated pick-up and drop-off time frame. I am pleased with my service and would be happy to use them again.

Reindeer Auto Relocation excels at their business and have their dedicated staff to thank for that. My international relocation specialist, Anne B., was thorough, patient, incredibly helpful, always professional, and had the extensive experience needed to successfully manage the shipment of our car. The vendors that she hired both in the UK and the U.S. were also wonderful and professional. Many thanks, Anne and team, for safely shipping our car overseas in such a timely fashion - especially during the most chaotic time in the shipping industry!!!

We had a Pickup delivered from Kansas City to Tucson Az. We had a clear cut detailed evaluation on the vehicle before transport and after transport. Upon delivery we had a non drivable vehicle delivered to us. We completed the needed paper work and were not repaid for the repair. Think twice about using this transport system its not work the cost!! They cannot be trusted with your vehicle. Dawn Paulson
