This is my second experience with this company to ship my car. First time was from TX to NY, and it was a wonderful smooth experience. However, for the recent one depicturing from NY, the coordinator was rude and impatient. He always carries a bad, impatient, and rude attitude in emails. I don't recommend to use them in future. Moving is a hassle already, and we shouldn't be suffering their bad attitude as their customer.

I am writing regarding my recent relocation from Utah to Pennsylvania. NEVER EVER work with Reindeer Auto Relocation company. My new car was delivered after two weeks in the middle of a highway at night. A day after I noticed a big dent on the roof and I immediately contacted the company and explained the situation. They asked me to fill out the claim form and send them pictures. A few days later they denied the claim and told me you had reported dent on the hood not roof! I talked to several of their managers and staff but nobody takes the responsibility. I paid $2500 out of my pocket to repair my new car! Even 1 star is more than what this company deserves.

Reindeer Auto Relocation was the vendor in our relocation package. We relocated from Virginia to Colorado and had a great experience! We received lots of helpful information in advance. Scheduling was easy, and a representative called us a day before and again on the morning of to ensure that the timing was still good for us. We received updates when the car arrived in CO ahead of schedule (and ahead of us!) and they were great about storing it a couple days until we got there. Delivery went off without a hitch and our vehicle arrived in mint condition - not a scratch on it. Thank you Reindeer Auto Relocation for making at least this part of our move smooth and painless!

5.0 star rating 2/15/2017 My move with Reindeer was amazing and painless. A couple days before my scheduled move, I received a box in the mail including covers for seat, tire, floor, and even license plate (including screwdriver). Pick-up and delivery times were very accurate, and it only took 4-5 days to get my car from SF to Seattle. They informed me every step of the way with e-mails and phone calls (with people who are very clear communicators- no accents). I also received a check in the mail for $25 in case my car got dirty/dusty in the move. No damage done to my car, and when I checked the odometer, the number was still exactly the same. It was included in my company relocation package, so I can't speak about the price point.

I moved from TX to NY for work, I had my Ford picked up from TX and transferred out here to NY, my truck is fully customed and I've done a-lot of work on her. When my truck arrived to NY it did not arrive the exact same way. I had a custom painted fiber glass very heavy bed cover that was stolen while the transfer was happening. Reindeer Auto did reimburse me for the cost that was stolen, but obviously who would not want their vehicle back the same way, especially if you've put a-lot of money into your truck to make it look better. It's just not the same. I would not recommend this Auto Relocation Company.

My car was transported across country and didn’t show up for delivery. I called and they stated they couldn’t find my car, it took 9 days for them to locate the car. It finally showed up and the driver chucked and told me “we ran across low branches on the way and corporate wouldn’t answer the phone so we drove through them”. The roof of my car was smashed in. The company played the run around to the point my insurance had to pay and then sue them,I don’t know how that turned out. Never use this place ever!

My company picked them for my auto relocation. Their coordinator is helpful and professional, but my vehicle was delayed for almost 20 days and during the time it was stored outdoors in freezing weather. It arrived dusty and dirty both outside and inside, costed me $400 to get a full vehicle detailing to get rid of all the dirt, and fixed some snow and ice damage. I have friends moving from PA to the west coast had their cars delivered sooner and much much cleaner, I do not recommend this service.

Aaron was my dispatcher who went above and beyond to get my husband's vehicle transported from South Florida to Austin this week before the holiday. Before I connected with Aaron there were several fumbles with trying to book a transport and I was near my breaking point and far from satisfied with Reindeer. Aaron heard my frustration, immediately contacted a carrier and stayed in contact before during and after the transport. This man is the gold standard in customer service. If you need your car moved cross country, I would highly suggest you only work with Aaron. Thank you so much for being an awesome and kind human! We need more just like you. In addition, the actual transporter stayed in contact. Met the agreed time. He was very polite. Dropped the car in less than 5 minutes damage free and was off to his next appointment. In the midst of a cross country move, this was super helpful!

Moved our car from Midwest to West Coast- great communication and regular status updates ( through email and phone). Cost was very reasonable when compared to some other companies. No major damages to the car- just had get it cleaned and it was good to go. Will definitely get with them again in the future if we need to move again.

I shipped my car from Ohio to Utah, my car came in over a week late (2 week lead time ended up being almost a month). Not only did I receive my car late, but it came back extremely damaged, when before my car was in perfect condition (even the person who picked my car up from Ohio said this). My auto relocation representative also ghosted me during the weeks my car was late. I called several times and was sent straight to voicemail. I asked for a call back - got nothing. Once I submitted a claim, they offered about 15% of what the quote actually was.... Pick a better company with better customer service, they're not hard to find.
