I would never use this company again. Outsources to the lowest possible bidder and will not take responsibility when your vehicle shows up damaged. Zero customer service. As you can see in the owner's response they will not address and issue. Update: In response to the delay in review I notified the relocation company within 24hours of the time if received moved and received my golf cart (not gold cart). Also, i have sent images showing no damage prior to shipment along and damages after shipment. Feel free to stick to not taking responsibility and force a customer to eat the cost. Poor customer service goes a long way in your reputation. I would happily change my review if Reindeer chose to work with me.

I shipped my car from DE to TX using Reindeer. Customer service was surprisingly good and they were clear on what to expect as well as the estimated time of arrival. Car arrived pretty dirty which was expected since it was on the top of an open air car hauler.

Among serval quotes that I have received, they have the most reasonable price. Their staff are all knowledgeable, professional and the entire shipping process is seamless. They kept me updated every step of the way, the vehicle was delivered on time without any issues. Great customer services. I highly recommend them.

I would not advise using this company to transport any vehicle because if they damage your car they will not take responsibility and fix it! My husband's work relocated us from Ky to Fl. The pickup went well but we encountered problems when we moved my son's car for the first time. We reached out to Reindeer as soon as we noticed it wasn't driving right. My son took the car to get an estimate, and the exhaust/other damages totaled up to $8,000. The mechanic who did the estimate said it looked like the car was dropped during the delivery process. We spent at least a month and a half going back and forth with Reindeer Auto to ultimately be told they would not be fixing the damages. My son is only 16 years old and this is his first car. He has only had his license a couple of months and now his car is damaged due to negligence on the part of this company or the carrier they used to deliver the car. I wish I had checked the reviews before using Reindeer Auto because it seems to show a pattern of them never taking responsibility for the damages that happen to vehicles while in their care. I'm beyond disappointed in the way this was handled and strongly caution you from using this company to transport any vehicle!

Tbf the customer service was professional and good. No issues there. Basically they make you sign a contract which says <virtually> no matter what happens to your car they aren’t responsible . I relocated from FL-> CA. I guess I was lucky compared to others since my car just came very dirty and I had to pay $1K to get the tires replaced. After spending $20 on a car wash and $970 on the tires/shocks i just noticed a few small scratches. Imo don’t use them just pay extra money so you have one less thing to worry about after relocation

Driver was waiting at the drop off point when I go there. He followed me into the storage lot over to my spot. It was a very difficult angle in a tight spot to back into. Driver nailed it in one try. It was quite impressive. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I was back to the office in no time. Very professional driver. Overall great experience.

I relocated from NJ to Texas and Reindeer was very professional. The driver was professional and courteous. My Audi was in the exact condition I shipped it upon arrival and I use the open car carrier. I’ve reached out to them for another transport and am waiting for an email as I type this.

Reindeer Auto was the epitome of professionalism. I had my 2017 Honda Hatchback shipped for the long hall: across the country, Boston to Northern California. And each person on the team took care of me every step of the way and never dropped the ball. Evan was my initial point of contact, Shawn owned the transit logistics, and Alex was the knowledgeable driver. Details regarding pickup window, transit, and drop off were clearly communicated via series of emails and phone calls. My service was “prepaid”, so I only paid one time upfront. I had been burned in the past by a different relocation service, who shipped my car across the country (west to east). That company’s driver unexpectedly requested cash or else they “wouldn’t give me my car”, plus my car had roof damage. So, I don’t easily trust auto relocation services after that experience. That was NOT all the case with Reindeer. Their transit contact and driver were kind, plus I had no car damage upon delivery. There was dirt on the car but that was clearly conveyed to be expected before my car was picked up. After all, the driver had to drive through Wyoming/Utah border where there is known to be heavy snow/slush. A big kudos to Evan, Shawn, and Alex for their care to detail, answering my numerous questions, and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. This team was truly stellar and I hope other customers get these people!
