I went their for first time in Jacksonville Florida 12/15/24..Om. It's a Mess dirty becarfull item's on the floor.. .Can't push the carts wheels don't work..or prices on item's to give you the price No one their to help you...worker don't speak English just rude.. it's not safe in their you will hurt yourself..please be careful They don't care about safety issue at all..
Two registers open for 100 customers? Time is money... the manager was called and ask politely to open a register and the answer was “No, I don’t know how to run a register.”
Coming to this location for 10yrs and noting has changed terrible customer service employees are rude don’t know anything ask them to help you with something and they say go find someone else to help you Fire exits are always blocked with full pallets and isles always block with pallets if there is a fire people will be trap trying to escape in the dark Fire department should investigate this problem since management doesn’t care about customer safety Until they are sued for someone being hurt or killed by forklift drivers or fire Sad situation! Please don’t wait till tragedy strikes Act NOW!

Great prices, quality to quantity products
I rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience. As a member of Restaurant Depot, I came in for a return, and the receptionist was trying to be helpful. However, her trainer, was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. She acted like I was a burden. She was unprofessional and her actions were unnecessary. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I'll be reconsidering shopping here in the future.
I come here a lot….but I have NEVER seen it so dirty and disorganized. You could hardly get a single cart down most aisles…..why am I having to move pallets and empty pallets out of the way?? Trash upon trash just everywhere!!!! I’m use to the lack of pricing for a lot of items but this is just beyond ridiculous!!! Even the outside was filthy and carts taking up most parking spots….couldn’t find anyone to ask for help…..cashier rude….yall need to hire some people. I’ll spend more and just go to Costco Gordon’s. Absolutely appalled at the condition of this store.
What a shame!!! This place used to be great and management ran it to the ground!! My experience today and literally every time I’m there has been unbelievable. Today I am taking the time to write this in hopes that triple B steps in. flat out stealing and cheating costumers with outdated pricing lists and no price on most of everything in the store you get charged what they think YOU should pay. From violation after violation (RD)has gotten too comfortable not following proper procedures. SOMEONE MUST DO RIGHT BY COSTUMERS THERE!!!! The manager I encountered today was a real piece of work thinking he could talk to a woman the way he spoke to her!! He is very lucky to have all his teeth today. That was the last straw for me. I have had it with the disrespect, the racism, the cursing, the stealing, the long lines but most importantly the fact that they have ZERO interest in customer retention as if we all have to buy from them anyways. I’m not buying from there along with a few colleagues in the trade until something gives. I will definitely let everyone I know to beware of this place.
This used to be the place to go to for business supplies but their services and pricing are trash. You can get cheaper items at club stores and order bulk items online. Very disappointing customer service and the shopping areas are always busy with boxes and inventory. They barely have things in stock that I need and don’t honor prior purchases. Just stay clear of this place
