The cashiers in this place are ALWAYS RUDE! Management has to pay attention all the reviews here are for the same reason CASHIERS!!! No education at all, if they’re not happy with their jobs why are they still working there? Is customer service we don’t go to get free stuff, we spend hundreds of dollars in this place and always is the same thing with those rude employees. That’s why most of the restaurants prefer to buy with the big companies.
This is my least favorite location. It's always a mess!! You can barely walk with all the crates, boxes, and merchandise blocking each isle. I asked an employee in the refrigerator for help getting an item from the freezer, and he blatantly exclaimed that he clearly works in the refrigerator department, not the freezers. I literally took a moment to laugh before I replied because, THE AUDACITY. The freezer section is located inside the refrigerator section, and he was the only employee around. Apparently, I, the customer, should've known the company has designated employees for each of those and, furthermore, should've known what department he's assigned to. I would rather drive to Daytona than go back to this location again. No thanks!!
Staff is amazing .. Managment why would you not have every cashier open you don’t need 25 guys driving around in Palet jacks doing nothing just saying
I recently purchased the frozen lobster claws and was very disappointed with the overall quality. The meat was dry, rubbery, and difficult to separate from the shell, which is typically a sign of overcooking prior to freezing. Instead of being tender and naturally sweet, the texture was tough and unpleasant. I followed proper thawing and gentle reheating methods, so the issue was clearly related to the product itself rather than preparation. For the price point, I expected significantly better quality. Unfortunately, I would not purchase this item again.
I’ve been a customer here for years. The cashiers, (this one in particular) is the definition of rude and disrespectful. Customers have been standing in line for a significantly long period of time (30 minutes) and she literally was just being rude and disrespectful. One customer held the line up and caused the issue. They obviously had issues with their card or cash and the cashier allowed them to hold up the line. One manager on duty (not Ray) just sat in the office while the issues were taking place. (I can’t say what he was doing was important or not, but 20 guests in line with at least $700 per cart warrants attention) The other supervisor on duty was running a credit/debit line only. For one, you have customers with language barriers and that makes it more frustrating, so there needs to be more attentive staff that have patience. You already know that customers will be coming late to get items. Staff shortages….I get it. It doesn’t cost a penny to be nice and respectful. I deal with entitled guests often. I’m not telling you how to run or what to do with your business, but at least have people that actually have a fraction of customer service.
Nice place to buy items for your business, lot of variety and good prices
Shout out to Austin! In beverages department. Recently joined and made my first visit easy breezy. Thank you
I'd long been hearing good things about these stores and decided to drive 2 hours to check out one of the locations nearest me, but I was completely underwhelmed. Selection was far less than I'd expected, prices were often not posted or incorrect, the place was dirty and in disarray, and the staff was actively unfriendly. Since this was my first visit, I have no idea whether or not this is common for this location; it sure set a low bar for any future expectations of other locations, though.
This sign “we’ll open another register if there’s more than 3 customers in every line” IS A COMPLETE LIE. I’m currently standing in a line of more than 6 people, one other lane is open with the same amount of people or more. I agree with the other reviews as far as wrong prices or no prices at all!! That is ridiculous I won’t know what I’m spending til I get to the register. Rude cashiers, I’m surprised the forklift guys hasn’t ran someone over yet the way they swing those things around with no regard for customers at all. Not to mention all the pallets on the floor blocking shelves. They should do overnight stocking so these things won’t be such a problem. And the final thing is I brought apple juice from there in December, guess what the expiration date was? OCTOBER!! So I couldn’t even sale them because someone showed me they were expired and I had to pull them all. WASTE OF MONEY! And I didn’t have time to go back to return it.
Horrible store they’re always out of everything. Everything is in disarray. Customer service is horrible. There’s only a couple of cashiers that have a good attitude. Lines are always long and they never know the prices. They will run you over with the forklifts. The shelves are never stocked. Only two cash registers open the week of Thanksgiving. As a business owner, I will never buy anything from them unless I’m in dire need.
