I was killing time before a meeting. I bought an electrolyte drink with Zero Sugar. It immediately refreshed me. I got some breakfast items that were just enough and would stay fresh until I could get home later on in the evening. The staff were so nice. It was a Trade Mark Safeway experience for sure. It set me up for going into an intense meeting with a genuine smile on my face. Thank you.
Pretty solid shopping experience. Parking is convenient - thank goodness. With the location, that was my main worry. Obviously the layout isn't exactly standard, and it's not "suburban supermarket" sized, but they do make good use of the space. It's not super-well stocked, but they do manage to fit in every department I'd hope to find there, so while the selection isn't particularly deep (like having tons of alternatives for any given item), it is at least broad. So that's nice.
Most expensive store in town for subpar food! Oh yeah - Go to QFC
Well stocked in spite of its odd layout. Pharmacy had a young woman who spoke so softly and with such a strong accent that it was extremely difficult to understand what she was saying. The voice response of the self checkout machines is terrible. That's true for all Safeway stores though. Great parking garage. Great mix of customer culture.
Staff is overworked but very nice, the place is always clean. Security is on site. Deli is good and quick great Chinese dinners plus the salad sampler in the deli is awesome.
This Safeway is alright. No major complaints except for the guy who works self checkout. He's rude and always ignores us. Literally every single time we hit the alcohol button. Even when he's standing around doing nothing.
Let it be known that this location has the absolute best doughnuts. They’re pretty big, but even better than being big, they’re also so damn soft… not to mention fried to perfection! Ugh. 🍩🍩🍩😍😍😍
I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a grocery store, but Elizabeth was so helpful I just had to write one to mention how great my experience was. She was a professional cashier who went above and beyond to help me out, with a sense of customer service that is incredibly rare these days. She’s a gem and deserves a promotion!
The produce here is generally fresh, but the grapes are an exception. They tend to spoil and develop mold within just a few days. This issue doesn't occur at QFC or Fred Meyer, where the grapes last much longer. I've noticed this problem for the past 10 years. Be cautious when buying grapes at Safeway, as all their locations seem to have the same issue with freshness." This version maintains your key points while improving clarity and flow. Let me know if you'd like further changes!
They are selling spoiled dairy. They know it's bad and refuse to take it off the shelf. I even called customer service after the second time it happened . I have been on there on 3 separate occasions just go get home and find my milk, protein shakes and yogurts all spoiled . I will be popping the cap on my dairy to take a smell first from now on.
