Sam's Club

Great customer service today and I would like to thank Rob for getting us a flatbed and loading 12 bags of rubber mulch and Trition (hope the spelling is correct) for loading it into our vehicle. The service today made me remember why I became a member.

Functions like any other Sam's club. The workers are always nice and the store is always clean and they generally have what you need. And I like the fact they open several hours before Costco

First time purchasing contacts through Sam’s Club and I’m impressed! Majestic was super helpful, and the other ladies working even kept my four kids entertained during the process which made the experience completely stress-free. Amazing service and a very welcoming atmosphere—highly recommend!

This is by far the worst Sam’s Club I have ever been to. The staff are incompetent of answering questions. Everytime I have a pick up order I wait over 30 mins for anyone to bring it out, and that’s with me sharing my location and saying I am on my way. There’s a million cars parked in the pick up spots with no one inside of them. This is exactly why a Walmart owned company will never compare to Target or Costco. Hire better employees who instead of walk around doing nothing actually work.

I’ve been going through this Sam’s Club since it opened. Customer service then was great. I don’t know what happened but a few years customer service has been going downhill. I feel like a lot of the employees hate their jobs and for what I’m seeing it starts from the manager. The attitude I get from talking to employees just asking a simple question. It blows my mind while they’re in that kind of business. As switching to Costco

Lowest gas prices available, but the pump layout is congested and the car wash is out of order. Costco is easier to use but they don't have a car wash. At the moment neither does Sam's. If I had known ahead of time I would have chosen Costco: their gas lines move faster and the pump price and membership price is the same.

This Sam's Club provides stellar customer service. I live on the east side of Jacksonville but started going to this Sam's Club [Yourngerman Dr.] after finding the east side Sam's dirty and unfriendly people [with long lines with unfriendly customer service personnel at the customer service desk]. I am a business member with a Sam's business Mastercard and spend tens of thousands every year on everything from personal items, to printers, computers, monitors, paper, toner, etc. In fact, we buy 100% of our business products here. Once I switched to the Youngerman Dr. Sam's I've never had any issues and today they went above and beyond. I placed an order online yesterday for delivery this morning between 7-9am. 4/5 of my items came on time. The one item missing was the very item I needed for a 9:00am event at church. Murphy's Law! It turns out the 3rd party driver was at fault, not Sam's staff. From the shift leader who answered the phone to the the club manager who personally drove the item to my house [and with a smile an her face and an apology!], I am simply blown away. I couldn't believe it. THANK YOU SO MUCH. We already have the canopy up and ready for the rain! Words cannot describe how much appreciate you guys!!! As for Sam's Club corporate...PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AND ALL THAT'S HOLY, get real live human beings to answer your phones instead of the AI system. I had to put up with that non-sense for 40 minutes before I was finally routed to a human who I could not understand since English is obviously not her first language. She then made me jump through hoops the verify my account which I had already done 3 times before the call was transferred to her. Not one of those verifications required the email address associated with my account. I had no idea which email my husband used when he created the account 20+ years ago because we always use the app. After 40 minutes I gave up and called the local Sam's Club when they opened. Thank God for the great people over there on Youngerman Dr. for compensating for Sam's corporate automated nonsense.

I had ordered a set of tires online and had them deliverd to the store for install. My tire and rim size isnt anything special and the rims are 20"s . An older gentleman ( Maybe David) in the automotive area didnt really seem like he wanted to help me. he was confused on my order and what my vehical was. He told me they might not be able to install them, then started to processing the order after cancelling the orginoal order. The other staff there said he gets like that sometimes. Honestly, i wasnt happy with how he treated me and I ended up not getting my tires. I ended up going to discount tire and they took very good care of me. I paid more for the tires but.. service was excellent. He told my the rim would not fit on their machine. tires are 265/50/R20. I saw an SUV in there with 20 inch rims. I asked the staff at Sams if I was coming across wrong or something. They said no. I dont really apprecate what I had to deal with and how he handled the situation. I dont feel he was being honest with me. btw your callin system is horrible. I was there and the phone was ringing off the hook and 3 people working there just looked at each other. I was not able to talk to anyone at the store initally and discuss my tire purchase.

Don't go to this location if you're trying to purchase Pokemon TCG unless you're willing to line up the day prior and camp out. If you don't make it by 3am or 4am you will most likely be turned away right before the doors open and later find out that multiple people walk out with more than the 2 purchase limit. This is sad and ridiculous that most working people either need to take an entire day off or simply miss out because you let people camp out the day prior to a pokemon tcg release. And then to have people who just made their Pokemon TCG purchase to try and turn around in the parking lot to sell them for 4x times what they paid to those who were unable to make a purchase is terrible. Sams Club should not allow people to camp out the day prior to a release especially when multiple people just leave empty lawn chairs to hold their place in line.

I had a pickup order today and when they brought it out I guess the Gain Detergent busted open. The lady who took care of my order (Hispanic lady with blondish/orangish hair in a ponytail, skinny) was SUPER nice and didn't bring out a few things as they had to be changed. She was SUPER sweet and I like her she should be recognized for it. Very amazing customer service
