I am a plus member, no problem in & out through self checkout.
Understaffed and underpaid, been waiting to pickup my delivery order for like 40 minutes now, and still no one. My time is my money and these lazy staff member and greedy managers not wanting to hire more staff just so they get a bigger bonus. Sam's club corporate should investigate that lack there of care in this establishments location. NOW im gonna go to Costco and enjoy a better juicer tender chicken for 5$ and a cola for less than a dollar. With staff that actually acknowledge my existence and serve and dont act like im a burden to them

Update. It's been a month since the battery incident and my membership has since expired. After the battery incident I cancelled auto renewal. I called to ask about King Crab legs today considering renewing our membership for them. Waited on hold over 30 mins. Tried to call back from another line and it rang for over 2 mins and no answer. Their response to my review about the battery was to call the store. With all due respect Jessica Cannon I tried calling about another issue and I still can't get the store to respond appropriately so directing customers there is a big fail on your part. I'd recommend everyone just stick with Costco because Sam's isn't it. Called and spoke with someone about a battery. Told them we were coming. We had just left from shopping and was going to go right back in. 5 pm on a Saturday and the tire and batter center is already closed.
I guess they're new self-scanning archway isn't working yet. They still have the scan the QR code on my phone and a few of the items in my cart
