We use Archie with our Smokeball software and I love him! He is able to pull information from our documents and put together letters, emails, pull property descriptions from deeds, analyze documents just to name a few of his amazing features. He is a tremendous assistant and makes my job much faster. Not only is Archie great, the whole Smokeball software system is amazing.

I can ask for help drafting a demand letter based on the file materials and memos, and it pulls everything together quickly and clearly. If I forget a key date, I can simply ask and within seconds it provides the date along with the supporting documents. It’s also incredibly helpful for getting up to speed on a matter. It can also prepare deposition summaries and medical record summaries, which has been a huge time-saver. I have been using Smokeball at my current firm for a little over three years. It is by far the best case management and document management software I have ever used. It has wonderful document template features and integrates well with Microsoft Outlook and many other products. With the addition of their integrated Archie AI, it is even more efficient and time-saving.

We have staff working in office, remote, and hybrid. Smokeball transitions from the office to the cell phone when I need to look something up or file some paperwork when I'm working fully remote! Easy to learn, easy to use. Training is phenomenal. We've even started using intake forms to streamline our process. We've started to integrate Archie in our work. Without much training we've generated several pre-hearing briefs, medical summaries, and a contract addendum in minutes.
