Smokeball has been a great fit for our law office, especially because of how customizable the platform is. Smokeball is a fantastic case management, time-keeping, and billing software that continues to revolutionize my practice. I have been with the company since 2016. I use it for billing, file organization, Archie for ai, and so many other features. I do not know what I would do without this software. Truly a must-have for any attorney or firm. My friends at other firms are in awe of what Smokeball can do compared to their software, which almost always requires use of multiple systems. There are so many integrations I use every day. It lags and can be slow somedays but it has great organization value. Archie is a really wonderful tool for drafting and extracting data for Discovery. I am quite impressed and happy with Smokeball.
