I find it ridiculous having to have to purchase something in order to get water,I will no longer go to Starbucks ,nonsense ,that specific day I was very dehydrated and was told I have to purchase something to get water ,very inhumane.and was told it’s policy ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Jake was on top of his game big time today. Doing almost everything single handedly he had a positive attitude. He was left by his manager but he kept on, he was efficient with the mass amounts of drink orders and was on his game like crazy. If he wasn’t before he should be now one of Starbucks most valued baristas. 🤩🤩🤩
This is my favorite Starbucks location. Right off Southside. Easy to spot from the street. Never too crowded and the baristas are always very quick with the orders. They also have the most comfortable chairs I've encountered.

The girl working the counter with a denim hat on 3/15/17 Who didn't have her name tag showing made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her day just by simply placing an order. It's scenarios like this that will make me bypass this location in the future. If you're not happy doing your job find a new one. It's not hard to be nice. 1 star because I couldn't chose less

They ALWAYS have the door locked when I come to pick up my order. They say they are short staffed, then hire people! The line is always wrapped around the building. I know now ordering through the app is pointless, especially since I can’t even walk in and get it.
I love this Starbucks, they always make my order right and when something is wrong they make sure to correct it. I also wanted to say Jenny is a ray of sunshine I love seeing her in the mornings!
Usually on point. Good thing that measures have been taken for 'social-distancing'; the inside is closed and drive thru only. But my issue was that I ordered a Venti hot chocolate with no vanilla and ADD 4 pumps white mocha. I tasted it and realized there was no chocolate or mocha sauce in it...only white mocha and milk. I did not order a white hot chocolate...i simply wanted it added to the drink instead of vanilla...cmon guys...use active listening skills if there is a next time😒
