Polite and friendly staff... Good food and coffee. Always have a pup cup ready when they see my dog with me.. great experience... Recommend this place..
I give this review 5 stars due to the manager of the store. Manager Will has great customer service and was able to retain me as a customer in the future. I had been given a cup that had a hair line tear and when handled the beverage came out. I called the store explained the situation to Will and he made it better, lets just say I am still going to go there as long as their managers can retain customers like he can. Thanks Will keep up the good work.
Only reason I’m giving this location a 3 star review instead of a 1 star review is because some of the staff is very sweet and very helpful. I come to this location often as I work nearby. However, today a woman that appeared to be a manager or shift lead really made it awkward to be inside waiting for my drinks. She was audibly screaming in the back at someone and I heard at least one curse word all the way in the front of the store while waiting for my order to be completed. She proceeded to come back towards the front where everyone else was working so hard to take care of the many customers in the drive through as well as inside customers. When she came back, she started talking very loud and rude to an associate trying to make drinks and it was super inappropriate. Not the best display of management. Every other time I’ve been to this location, it’s been amazing and the staff is always so sweet and accommodating. Though I won’t stop coming here for my coffee, I hope not to have to run back into that one manager. No one deserves to be spoken to the way she was yelling at her team.
This is the closest Starbucks to my House but it’s the worse way to start my morning. The customer service is not good at all and they’re not willing to give a good experience even after giving feedback multiple times directly to the manager. The attitude of the manager is really bad and it just sucks the positive energy out of my mornings. I even reached out to corporate but no changes. Now I have to switch Starbcuks and driver further for coffee.
Every other time I got to this location they get my order wrong. It will be good one time and then the next it will be wrong. The staff is nice and friendly, they just make my coffee wrong. Of course I know it's early in the morning before work so yes they are busy. I get my drink and I leave and I don't see that my drink has been made wrong until I have already left. By then I don't have time to turn around have have then remake it. I didn't know I needed to be that person to sit there and taste my drink before I leave. I'm just tired of having this issue almost every time I go to this location. It just kind of ruins my morning after that because I just paid for a drink that I'm not going to enjoy. I'm not happy with the service here.
Disappointed because I couldn’t make an order at the walk up window. I work within walking distance so on my break I walked up. I was told that I couldn’t order at the walk up window without ordering on the app 1st. Long story short I didn’t get my coffee due to This. The next morning I drove through the drive-through and got coffee and it wasn’t even good. Vanilla latte was bitter not sure how that happened and I ordered 1 extra pump of brown sugar. I’m just disappointed.
NOT A COFFEE SHOP! This is a drive thru. I don’t enjoy drinking coffee in my car. Coffee dribbles out of the cup making a mess. I don’t want drips of coffee, coffee slime dripped in my car. I needed a coffee and only had time for the one stop. I would have gone to a different store. The picture of the store on google page is not this store. Store is not as advertised.

This is my normal Starbucks to go to as the entire staff is so sweet and kind! This morning I made my order and forgot to ask for no whip and they handed me the drink and asked if it was supposed to have whip and I said I had forgotten to ask for none, they remade my drink even though it was my own fault! I love you guys and thank you for a great coffee!
LOVE this place!!! I drive out of my way to go to this location almost every time. Every staff member is a delight, I never wait long, and I never have any problems with my order. I do have to shoutout Ryan though! His customer service is impeccable, he knows my order before I even say it, is super friendly and fun to chat with while you wait. If you guys give out bonuses, he needs one! Thank you all for being so awesome! <3 GO HERE FOR YOUR COFFEE NEEDS!
