Not blaming this particular location as this happens at all of them but if you order just black coffee, 2/3 times they forget your order. I'm assuming there is a processing misstep if you don't order something complicated it doesn't get put in the queue. Anyways hope a new processing policy is implemented.
I recently deleted another review I just posted. I don't wanna harm the business. This is a revised short review. But what I can say, is if you order mobile for this location, double-check cup sizes on the mobile app. I ordered a venti cafe mocha on this Sunday mobile and got a grande size one in a half-full venti cup. It is like pouring a 70% full grande cup coffee size into a venti cup and when I got the coffee, the cup was half full. do double-check cup sizes on the mobile app to make sure select the right cup size and not the grande size in a venti cup. On the other side, I am not sure if it's the store or company, but cup sizes and amount of coffee seem smaller than in the past. Don't expect a cup full. I am no stranger to this location and have been coming since 2016. It is now a drive-through-only location and has no restrooms, trash cans, or indoor access. I do not buy every day from this location and when I do it's mobile. Maybe twice a week mobile now. But yeah, don't expect any cup size filled to the top, most staff are new compared to a year ago, and new interior staff can see and feel. Nonetheless, no harm to the business. But learn from any issues you had with the ordering and pickup process from this location.
I am not sure where they get there staff from however they are super kool and amazing. They are friendly, kind, smart, and some are pretty funny. They work well together as a team and their daily questions on their small white board is pretty kool. The store is usually clean from what I can see and they make their coffee drinks exactly how how it looks in the picture. That is a plus for me. The vibe in there is usually high when I go. I am going to need the owner to fix that pothole in the drive through!
Perfect place to get my work done. Coffee is, as always, fantastic! The team there is always SO great! One time, I was studying, and there was an AC vent that was blowing straight at me so I asked if they could turn the tab to face a different direction, and he actually did it! Very great to get my work done. Love it!
Wow I'm so upset. I purposefully looked online before coming here to look at the seating inside to get some food drinks and work done and as I arrive I'm told it's drive through only. What the hell?! When did Starbucks become drive through only?! This has seriously transformed my perception of the brand for the worse. ***please remove all the inaccurate pics of this location with plenty of seating and change it to drive through only***
I COME HERE ALL THE TIME....HOWEVER, AFTER THIS MORNING I WILL NOT RETURN! MY BOYFRIEND AND I ARE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS TO PEDESTRIANS AND OTHER VEHICLES LEAVING THE DRIVE THROUGH AREA. WHILE WE WERE LEAVING ROOM FOR CARS TO LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH TO HELP THE WORKERS AT STARBUCKS STAY EFFICIENT AND PEDESTRIANS TO HAVE WALK SPACE, A BLACK SUV CUT US OFF AND DRIVING WILD AND CRAZY. TO TOP IT OFF.....THE WORKER AT THE WINDOW LAUGHED WITH THESE PEOPLE AND SHOWED THAT SHE AGREED WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT CONTINUED TO MAKE FUN OF US THAT WE WERE CUT OFF. IT'S CHRISTMAS AND I WANT NO PARTS IN ANY COMPANY OR PERSON WITH A FOUL HEART. I WON'T SPEND MY MONEY AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT MORALS.
I visit this location nearly everyday! I always come back because they treat their customers like family. They normally know my order even when I'm going through the drive-thru.I love the level of customer service I receive every time. Coffee is always on point. I spend a lot of money here and probably should cut back but I can't stop coming!!!
The order was taken promptly and finally one location I didn't have to ask for a bag. The young lady had great customer service. My new location is my favorite
I was charging my car nearby and decided to walk up to this location to get a coffee. When I arrive, I walked up to the window and wait for help. After a minute or so an employee comes to the window. I asked for a large hot latte and the employee says “we don’t take orders here, mobile or drive thru only.” Are you serious!?!?! It’s not that they can’t take my order. There’s literally a terminal at this window. Just that they refuse to take my order unless I’m in a car or download their app.
I frequently visit this location and have great appreciation for the staff member's friendly attitudes and quick service
