Why can we not sit inside? I went in to get out of heat my car broke down near by wanted to charge my phone and try the coffee. Think the coffee way over priced too strong for me but that day I needed it. But I did not need sit outside in the heat. Guess they scared of the Delta. Hey, I been vaccinated, give me a mask let me sit INSIDE for a $6 dollar cup of coffee!
Lately my Starbucks has been hitting all 5's and I love it. Maybe it as the time off but they've been doing a great job. Renewed my love for them again.
11/20/18 ~11:15a. My wife ordered an eggnog latte in the drive thru. Total was double what she expected at the window so she asked why and the drive thru attendant responded saying because she ordered two. Wife told her that she only wanted one, so drive thru attendant became annoyed and proceeded to tell her coworker loudly (so everyone could hear), how much she hates eggnog lattes. Cool, not our problem that you wasted a drink because the order didn't come through clearly on your end. Never had poor customer service from this Starbucks before, someone needs hospitality re-training.
Any Starbucks is usually a pleasure. Lately my Caramel Cloud Mas from this location has not been tasty. I'm not sure if some of the staff are new but I'm not tasting the "Cloud"... I go out of my way now to the location on Southside Blvd and Baymeadows. All in all the drink was ok just has not been consistent. I'm never sure what I'm going to get.
Coffee is already dark roasted and this location actually serves Gold Coast that is expired... no timer and it was awful. When I entered location there was already a customer waiting at the register, five partners behind the counter. No one was trying to create an experience for this guy , 3 people discussing the schedule and the other 2 are chatting it up. No other customers in store or in drive thru and they let us know they would be with us in a minute. What happened to Service at Starbucks? What is with the jeans and thermal shirts? actually now a days apparently you can wear whatever happens to be laying on the floor at Starbucks. 10 years ago the expectation was that of a premier coffee company but apparently those days are over. Harold Schultz should travel around the country and visit locations like this to see what has become of his vision, it would sadden him I'm sure , it does me . Success One cup at a time.... this store is a long way from that literary dream and I intend to stay a long way from this location.
They closed the lobby and turned it into a drive-thru only? Seriously? Who DOES that? I've been coming here for over a decade, working here while having 1-2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich each visit. And now it's drive-thru ONLY? What a horrible business decision! I'll never return to this location.
Every morning I get my coffee and breakfast sandwich from here, because this location is near me. I like their service and employees are nice. But unfortunately I get my coffee wrong every time I go there. I got my coffee 2 minutes ago again it’s made wrong. I repeat myself all the time just to make sure I get the right drink but no again again and again wrong.
This particular Starbucks location has yet to impress me. Anytime I order anything it's either wrong or taste funny. I ordered a Carmel macchiato. The drink I received had no Carmel and taste like straight milk. The drink itself was so light in color I don't even think they put the 3 shots of Expresso that should be in the drink at all
I stopped by this location almost everyday before going to work I ordered through the app and is ready within minutes of me pulling up customer service is wonderful service was great
Second time that I have been to this location, Cold coffee Again! This time the inside was closed and the driving if 8 cars deep. You would think with all this traffic, when you ask for the "Hottest drip coffee they have." it would be hot.
