Waiting waiting waiting. Slowest starbucks I have ever been to, and they only have one job- the drive thru, they dont have inside service.

Went to pick up my order and both drinks were made wrong. They taste like they were made crème style and not with frap roasts and blonde espresso shots. I’ve ordered the same a bunch of times anywhere else and they’re better than this. The short woman was rude and it made me not want to go back and get it fixed because with that attitude she had I don’t know what they’ll do with my drinks. This is the first Starbucks I’ve visited with someone who can’t even ask you how your day is. I am a manager and have been a manager at several places, I’ve never once let my staff be fully trained without telling them that they need to keep whatever is making them upset out of the door. Safe to say I will not be returning back to this one.
Reviewed the wrong location previously. Best drinks in town. Staff are great and friendly. If you haven’t already become a Starbucks lover, you will now. Stop on by! Only thing I don’t like are the hours. This is not for customers, but for the employees. For holidays, this store needs to close sooner, so the employees can spend time with family. Closing at 6 pm on Christmas Eve is crazy. Customers are essential, but employees are required.
With the price we pay for a drink, one would expect a better quality drink. Most Starbucks location especially this one needs to retrain some if not all of their employees who doesnt follow the recipe or just dont give a shit with regards to making the drink. We ordered iced lavender matcha and the matcha powder wasnt mixed enough as we can see the powder clumped together and also it tasted bitter. Starbucks has become an overrated super expensive overpriced coffee place.
They gave me a tall ice when I asked for a venti. When I said something the worker threw the cup into my door. Never going again. #movingtoalaska! 😡🤬😤
Dopio macchiato ordered got it with one tiny drop of the something between the milk and the foam. Asked for more foam and after little bit of waiting got it back as same as it was. Ridiculous.

Starbucks do better, I paid $6.57 for a large vanilla bean add cookie crumble to my frappe & I couldn’t even enjoy it . Due to this big ice chunk .
Young lady at the window was extremely rude. I do HVAC and stop at locations all over Jacksonville and have never had this problem before. WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!
