Probably the worst experience I have had at Starbucks. Went through drive thru, the barista that took my order, got my order wrong, after I repeated it 3 TIMES... on top of that she was not very friendly and very agitated. Quite dissappointing.
They are just ok....my name is never called, always have to make sure my order is sitting on the counter instead of someone else's. Drinks are regular, sometimes not made correctly
Nice location. The coffee was great. The comfy chairs were closed off because of social distancing while other stores have a few available.

I have been at several Starbucks in the area and this one has by far the best working and managed staff. The staff is always cordial and that goes a long way with me in choosing where to spend my money.
I had a mobile order for my breakfast, I went to pick up window and told them my name under the order. They heard and repeated my name, but still handed me a wrong order with somebody else’s name on it
Went to pick up an UberEats order from this location. The customer requested a shot of lemonade to be added to her drink because the app wouldn’t allow her to request it. When I ask the guy in Starbucks to do it, he was very rude about it and told me he wasn’t able to change the order. I explained that the order wasn’t being changed, lemonade just needed to be added to the drink already on the order. He kept complaining. I told him I will just take the order as is and let the customer know, but he wouldn’t let me take the order. He then moved the bag from the delivery order area and put it on his side by the register. He broke the seal and started going through the items in the bag. He continued to be rude about not being able to change the order or make a new drink. I reached to grab the bag so I could just leave and he GRABBED MY WRIST. I was so shook that I snatched my hand away, hitting and scraping my wrist on their plexiglas barrier. I raised my voice at him saying not to touch me. He raised his voice back at me about the issue about me asking to change the order. I started backing away yelling not to touch me and that all I wanted to do was take the order as is since he was making a big deal about changing it. All the other employees didn’t even cut in, they just continued to do their work. I reported him to Starbucks Customer Service but the manner that I got from the representative, I don’t think they’re going to do anything about it. I reported this location to Uber. Hopefully they discontinue their collab with this location and with all Starbucks. I can no longer support a company that supports physically aggressive employees. UPDATE: HE STILL HAS HIS JOB! When I was leaving the chick-fil-a next door, I saw him taking out the trash. Wow!
I have only been through the drive-thru for this Starbucks, but I can tell you the order was complicated and they knocked it out of the park! Every drink that was ordered every person said it was perfect! And my extremely complicated drink was spot on! I highly recommend them they are very friendly, fast and accurate!
This place has gone downhill from the lobby not being open to the staff, This is my local Starbucks and i will no longer go to this location the last few orders I’ve gotten I’ve barley tasted coffee in my drink the staff is new every other week… and they beg for tips? Since when is that a thing Starbucks? If i appreciate my service( which obviously i haven’t) I would!
