My favorite Starbucks location to visit, they're pretty fast and efficient. They handle stress pretty dog gon good. 👍🏾The manager Megan and her team are all wonderful 😊.
WAY TOO COLD!!! The location is very close to where I live which makes it a very convenient place to study. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. One of them even knows me by name. However, the place is constantly freezing. I have friends that have left earlier than planned, because they were so cool. I have another friend that refuses to study with me now at this Starbucks, because it is too cold. You see people in here with winter coats still on. One time I've even brought blankets. That being said, the workers have no control over the temperature. But whoever is in charge desperately needs to fix this. The Starbucks is losing customers over the temperature. I think the workers are freezing as well.
Bad. Bad bad bad. I know this store is new and hiring has apparently been tough but at this point it seems like there is a serious lack of training being done. Bar didn't know how to work. Made one drink at a time with a queue of 10+ drinks. Reg was fine. No one was talking. Tickets werent printing. And the previous fail rate on drink order is around 85 percent. Please! Someone save this store.
Mel!! That is what makes this place!! Never forget the name Mel!! I didn’t know if the drink should be hot or cold or even the name. My wife texted me what the order was and I was lost! Mel helped me decipher the code my wife wrote and gave me the opportunity to call my wife and make sure if I needed hot or cold. Mel was friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and just plain fun!! Her smile and reassurance put me at ease. Yes I know I’m talking about coffee but other lost souls like me genuinely appreciate this insane level of service!! Thank you Mel!!!!!!
I never write bad reviews but I’m just astounded by how what was supposed to be a quick starbucks run turned into an hour ordeal with very little resolution to my experience. Drive thru was busy, which is fine they have no control over that. But they got my order wrong (again, I am seriously ok with this, they were busy), however the reaction the barista gave me when I asked for it to be corrected made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I asked for drink carriers, they didn’t have any and she seemed upset for me asking. They corrected my drink in literally 2 minutes which was surprisingly fast. After waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes the drink was so terrible and I never treat myself to Starbucks so I was disappointed. I was just going to move on but Went halfway home to find out my card was still at Starbucks so I called and they said “yes we have it, you can just go in the drive thru again”. I said absolutely not.. can’t afford to wait that long again so they said they would bring it out and remake my drink for a third time. The girl on the phone was nice but when they brought it out, again, wrong size. I didn’t freak out on anyone. I wasn’t a “Karen”. I get that it can be busy but I rarely spend my money on these things and when something like this happens and things are consistently wrong, I just can’t see myself ever going back even though it was probably just a bad day.
Very busy Saturday morning at 10:30am. Delicious white mocha and iced vanilla latte. The cream cheese pastry, however, looked nothing like the ones I've had in the past or like the one on display. It was just okay. Service was okay. Impersonal but somewhat quick but they had several baristas working.
We live right up the road and visit here frequently and just about every time we go here I have to go back in to correct an order whether it be not getting an item or something was improperly made. It’s not a big deal over a few times when y’all opened but when it’s just about every single time I go here it gets old. The service is decent but usually the people at the window shove the drink in my hand and slam the window shut immediately without a hello or goodbye just some basic customer service would help most situations.
Found a hair in my coffee!! So disgusting. The employee was a man who had long unruly blonde hair to his neck. I got my coffee, took a sip, and saw the hair poking out the lid, I was grossed out. When I walked in and told him, he said “oh,” and I had to ask for it to be remade, and he did, but without saying sorry! He just gave me back my coffee as if it wasn’t a big deal. It was very rude. All employees should wear hairnets. Health department should be called. I didn’t even get a sorry. Bad customer service!!
