My last visit was way overcrowded. Not Starbucks fault. The drive through was backed up, I went inside. Another mistake. I do not believe my order was made in the order it was received based on how many people I watched come and leave while I waited. I don't know why a large mocha would be so much more difficult to make than everything else. It was a Saturday for most people, but I was on my way to work. Being set aside for everyone else was particularly bad for me on that day. Saturday at about 10 AM was terrible. I sympathize with the staff attempting to control that chaos. It had to be a bad day for you too. Just visited again. Your advertised hours show this location being open at 5 AM. That is not true. After waiting for a few minutes after 5 AM at the drive through I drove to the window. I asked the attendant if they are taking orders. She made eye contact with me but couldn't be bothered to say yes or no. Atrocious service, in fact, no service at all.
Had to go back and change my review from two months ago from a one to a five as these past few months this place has stepped up their game and fixed a lot of issues they were having. They seem to have a great staff/management and are fast and friendly for my mobile orders I get everyday. The employees are getting to know customers and greet me every morning which makes me as a customer feel special and appreciated. Well done Antioch Starbucks! Keep up the good work!

I ordered on the app. I don't know why this location always takes so long but it took me 20 minutes to get to the window, so by the time I got my 3 Frappuccinos and my grilled cheese sandwich; my drinks started melting and my sandwich was cold. I had my baby in the car and didn't want to get him out to go inside, which is why I ordered online. By the time I got to the window, no one greeted me, and the only thing that was said was, "mobile order for Ali?" Not sorry for the wait, not a smile. I did get a have a good day, but I'm not impressed. Best part? I HAVE WORKED FOR STARBUCKS, in Washington state. I know the standard.

As a Starbucks addict, I’ve been to every just about every location in Kansas City. This is the only one that consistently makes good drinks! They never disappoint. Sometimes the line is quite long, but I can assure that is due to popularity and that they are worth the wait.
Usually this location is fast, everyone seems happy, and my drink is great. Today the girl at the window didn't seem too happy to be there and I think they forgot to put the coffee in my drink. I got a White chocolate mocha frappe and usually I can taste the coffee and it's not pure white in color. This morning it was completely opposite. Not happy with the drink today actually throwing it out.
I ordered pick up for the first time & sat in my car in the pick up parking spot for 10 mins, before having to go inside to get my order. I grabbed my drink, and could've taken any others I wanted to, with no one even acknowledging me. To top it all off...or not top it off actually...my drink was missing whipped cream & it didn't taste or look like there was an extra shot. Won't be going back to that location.
Avoid this Starbucks!! Absolutely ridiculous that without even asking for light ice, half of my drink is gone before the first sip. Drive a few extra minutes to avoid this one.
