Always fast, friendly and makes everything correct. My favorite Starbucks in town!
I just went through the drive through at this Starbucks and was almost to the check out line so I start looking for my wallet. Sure enough, I didn't have it with me so dug around and flipped my car upside down for cash. I found $2 for my $3.29 drink and they were so generous and didn’t make me pay for it. I come to this Starbucks almost every day and they are always the sweetest when taking your order and driving through! Thank you guys for making my day and next time I’ll be sure to come more prepared. 🤦♀️
Everyone that works here is very sweet. They are always kind and respectful and my drink (Iced Vanilla latte with Vanilla Cold Foam) always tastes very good. The only thing I could say badly about this location is that the drive through takes extremely long. Like, I wouldn't exactly recommend this place if you're in a hurry, but if you're looking to go sit down somewhere and do homework and such, this is a good spot!
I just ordered a Trenta Black tea, got to my office, and noticed it had a ton of ice. I hadn't taken a sip yet. That is a 16.9oz water bottle that didn't even get full. That's how little tea I got for $5. So I maybe got a Talls worth of my drink for the Trenta price.
Tired of this location. Every time my wife’s drink taste like it has expired milk, or today she got a Vt Pep M chops . You can’t taste the chocolate taste watered down. This location makes you never want Starbucks again .
I ordered a medicine ball tea I’ve never had it so I asked the barista and she said it’s helped her and recommended next time to get real honey and said she would just remake it with real honey and then brought it to the car and told me she made it a little different to help a little more was super sweet and went above and beyond! Deltas customer service was top tier!
I had a lovely experience today. They have a popular drive through, but I went inside because I wanted to pick up some whole bean coffee. As a diabetic, I also wanted something sweet but sugar free. My barista gave me some great options, and answered my questions about different brews in a both knowledgeable and friendly manor. Conversely, she suggested a couple of new fraps for my sweet toothed team, and then chatted with him while ringing us up. We threw in last minute desserts and a after thought order, so I know we had to be ordering like a hot mess. She didn't falter once, and we were out the door with our awesome new drinks in just a couple of minutes. 4 stars only because they don't have cozy coffee areas, which I do like to see.
Eeeh... Attitudes poor. It was my free drink and it wasn't even done right. Nothin complicated either. Idk I feel like they've gone way down hill. I was trying to find something positive to say too but I'll have to get back to you on that one, if I go there again.
I have found this location to generally be hit or miss with both service and quality. The building itself is very nice, and the vibe is, as you would expect, pretty chill. Typical coffee house atmosphere. The demeanor of the staff ranges from friendly to apathetic, at least from a customer perspective. I’ve had many good drinks here, and probably just as many that were less than exemplary. It’s kind of like roulette; you win about 50% of the time.
Just cancel the Uber eats order if you don't have half the order and you're not gonna fill the coffee all the way up. Terrible
