Really nice Starbucks but way too crowded. No place to sit when it's too cold to sit outside. Not nearly enough parking. Staff is very nice. Drive through is so long that you can't get out of the parking lot because the exit is blocked. Not the staffs fault but maybe another nearby location is in order.
I dont drink coffee, nor did I buy anything, but it was a neat place!
I came in today to buy myself honey mint tea and a mug, using my Starbucks card Jessica who is in the register is very rude and seems not helpful! We ask a bag for our mug, and she said we didn’t have but she found it at the drive-thru, didn’t even apologize, and smiled while helping us! She making us very uncomfortable! Jessica needs more training in POS
Very disappointing with coffee in my Danish I always order the same thing but this morning I got my favor ice Frappuccino and it was no flavor at all only ice and sugar. I live far from this location so I didn’t go back but anyway, coffee was very bad and my cheese Danish also without a flavor. I think this location need a new staff who knows how to make coffee.
Very disappointed in my experience with a team member i was told at the window my online order "messes with there time" and "puts stress on us baristas" and that i'd need to pull out and wait a few minutes for my order. With no line i was surprised my single drink online order was such an issue. I am shocked and appalled by my experience with this green haired worker.
Zane has all of the qualities for growing into a leader! His eye contact and friendly personality are rare. We hope Starbucks recognizes Zane's talents. The sad part about this Starbucks location, as with most locations, is the change from the original drip coffee maker to the clover K-cup maker. It was scheduled to be installed on 30 April, 2025. I no longer support Starbucks locations with these subpar Clover machines because the very low quality of "coffee".
Waiting for a long time. 5 employees there with lower clients and suddenly 3 employees walked away. Maybe shift change. However, there was not a reason for not helping out. They were just chatting and hugging ignoring everything around them. Some clients started to walked away. I only saw two workers working and the others without a care in the work place. They definitely need more training or find a job where they’ll have a better fit for them.There was no interest whatsoever in their job. Do not recommend this Starbucks at all. Only if you have all the time in the world! At the end food never came! They never gave me my order. I kept checking on it until they said that the computer froze when the order was placed. I requested a refund. I lost an hour there. So disappointed at this location.
THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE! I loveeee it there if I could I would stay there all day. Has awesome coffees and employees are so NICEEE
If you like caked up dirt on your food and your drinks to be wrong, come in at 12:15 on a Sunday afternoon. Literally nothing turned out right from this order.
My visit was 5 star on a Sunday morning at 9:00. Cant ask for much more.
