This was my first visit to this Starbucks. Actually, this review is my first trip to a Starbucks in more than one year. Driving through to get a cup of coffee is not something I like to do. Interiors of Starbucks stores appeared to be closed for the most part during Covid. Also, as one of the leading "woke" corporations, I have just avoided going there as I did not want to participate in the company drive to have the baristas discuss my views on race or whatever the social issues of the day happen to be. But, in this instance, the location was very convenient and I was waiting to pick someone up. So, despite having canceled my Starbucks membership some time ago, I found this location and visited. It was very good.The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a few questions about the coffee selections, prices and the snacks. She knew all of the answers and I quickly made a decision for selections. The coffee was good; it was hot, the cup was left as full as I had requested. and the chocolate croissant was delicious. So, overall, a very good experience. And, to my delight, no one asked about my opinion on any social issues. That is excellent; I just wanted a cup of coffee and a croissant without interruption or having anyone tell me the latest iteration of Starbucks' social philosophy. Kudos to the folks here for letting me do that in a quiet, clean location! There is also a small outdoor dining location but it is right on Beach Boulevard so plenty of traffic noise.
oh my gosh! such a great experience! i have always loved coming to this starbucks but today i came inside with my sister and sat down instead of going through drive through. one of their employees, KJ, was the sweetest! she started off by asking us how we were doing but then we three started a conversation. she was so kind and outgoing, making me and my sister feel so happy! she is a phenomenal worker and you can tell she loves interacting with people and talking! such a great experience and an awesome way to start off my sisters birthday! if i could give service 10 stars i would!

Kindness and smiles intwined with diligently working employees seems to be this starbucks' atmosphere! You can enjoy a nice breeze on a very comfortable outside patio or inside with a well designed dining area.However they have a private meeting room only for corporate which i would suggest a reservation for private meetings and using the proceeds to rent for nonprofits local to the area or to help those in need to show the community they are a part of their character qualities.
This worst experience that I had there on October 18, 2024. Very poor bad customer service will never go there again if you don’t wanna work with customers don’t be behind the counter if you don’t have no patience don’t be behind the counter stay home find another job that you don’t need to work with people. A lady, there a young lady supposed her name is J Also, one of the one who is making the drinks he also had a very bad attitude, so what we doing what we hiring people tolt hat does not want to work She had a very bad customer service. She got a very bad real bad beyond bad customer service just because I was asking for my money back. She had a very nasty attitude with me in front of everybody ever again. If I can give a 0 I will Also she never ask me for my name never gave me a Receive that’s what I call very bad customer service but her Nasty attitude I had to go to the Starbucks on town Center. This is a fairly new facility and WOW... By far the nicest Starbucks I've ever visited. I have been to a Starbucks in almost every state to include Hawaii and Alaska and to date this should be what the other stores should be modeled after.
