The customer service is horrible now they can not take the time to greet you or speak to you when taking an order. This location used to be the best.
Yesterday I went to the Starbucks on Dunn Avenue I ordered 3 Dragonfruit lemonades, as the server was passing them to me through the window the carton carrier broke all three (3) drinks ended up in my lap and all over my car, I was asked by the young man if I could pull to the side, no one came out to assist or to tell me what was going to happen, I got out of my car to remove my mats that were drenched, I cleaned the dragon fruit out as I continued to try and wipe the drink out of my car and out of the door, no one assisted me, the young man that had served me came out with 3 more drinks and a piece of lemon loaf , I was shocked, no paper towel or assistance to help clean my vehicle no mention that my clothes were soaked with lemonade , I asked for a manager he told me there was none on duty, I asked for contact information he bought me a business card, NO INCIDENT report taken, a slice of lemon loaf are you serious, THIS IS NOT THE END.....today Sunday the manager is still of duty. I am shocked at the level of get over it lady we have people to serve and we cannot stop serving because we poured 3 drinks on you go home change your clothes clean your car and get over it, if I would've taken those 3 drinks and poured them over the server they probably would've called the police and claimed a disturbance, CORPORATE will definitely hear of this.
Gerald is the absolute best. We always look forward to seeing him when we go for coffee. He has a heart of gold and his customer service is outstanding! It's been 5 years since I wrote this review and Gerald is still amazing as always! He doesn't work the days I am normally there anymore, so when I get to see him it brings a huge smile ☺️ Gerald is one of a kind and should be treated well and valued on his commitment to such a non complimenting job. Such an asset and a blessing to have an employee such as him.
Typical for a Starbucks visit. Only used the drive thru, so didn’t go inside the evaluate the atmosphere. The service was very friendly and the order was filled to expectation.

Came in to get a coffee while doordashing and RJ was genuinely one of the friendliest guys I have EVER met. 11/10 for service alone, and that's not even counting the awesome drink he made. Give this man all the raises

Let me start by saying I love this location. Here we go.. Gerald, Stephanie, Robby, Darius,Mari, Jasmine, Tony, Daniel,Taylor, Nancy, Reece,Zee,Charley, Mattie,Dre,Elijah and last but not least Ashley are all the associates who make the magic happen here at the Dunn Ave Starbucks. I mobile order A LOT, my drink is always perfect and I'm always greeted with these warm, courteous and smiling faces, no matter how busy they get. The employees here at this location go above and beyond as far as customer service, and make the customer a priority. Keep up all the hard work!! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for the staff here. They are efficient, polite, and they remember ( every single time!!!) Just how I like my order. I have driven over 40 minutes multiple times a week just to come here, because the staff here is that amazing. Thank you ladies and Gentlemen for all you do. It doesn't go unnoticed, and I appreciate all you do to make it happen everyday!!
Where to even begin this Starbucks has got to be by far the worst Starbucks and I’ve been too many not only in the U.S but Canada every time I go to this location I always get mad at myself for expecting different I got a ice coffee and literally got 3 sips of it the ice was literally touching the inside of the lid another time I ordered through app just to see they were closed and they do it a lot I feel like they need someone from higher up to come in and get that place in order they also close whenever they feel like was outside with another customer one day because I had ordered through the app and she was like oh yeah this location closes whenever they like I don’t like to complain but enough is enough I think it’s time for me email head office because there little responses to all these complaint aren’t cutting it for me. Dunn location do better this isn’t cheap coffee and I’ve seen other Starbucks that would really put yours to shame needs new management
