Not all Starbucks are created equal, espeicially this one, because this Starbucks is top notch. Always amazing customer service, always get our orders correct and go out of their way to ensure we have a super pleasant experience. Dunn ave Starbucks is beyond the best one I have ever been too. They need to be commended on their exceptional service. I will go out of my way to go to this location, just to know I will leave happy. Good job guys!
Ordered a coffee at 11:22 had to ask for a refund at 11:48 I didnt think they were that busy but watch 6-8 people order and get there drinks Sucks to have to use majority of my break and not even get my drink

I’ve been a regular here for 3 years now to the point where they know me by name. This is my favorite Starbucks for very obvious reasons. But the staff here are all incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. If you go remember to TIP YOUR BARISTAS!!
Great local store. I've been going since day one of opening. The staff has changed, as life and people evolve. The drinks cant be beaten. At one sip, you taste the love infused into the liquid beverage. When I've gone to some other locations, the favor will be off. You have your staple baristas there making sure things are on point. Appreciate the care and concern that goes into my experience. We work hard for our money, so it's a pleasure to know that when we spend our money we know it's well spent. 👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🥳🥳

A few issues here. Shame on Starbucks for the lack of attention and love to this location. I’m guessing it’s because this store is in a lower end (financially)black neighborhood. The parking lot is filthy, the bathrooms are dirty, and inside of this location is also filthy. If you look behind the counter while ordering you will see food, paper and what looks like tile that has not been moped in weeks. The lobby needs a desperate clean and make over also.Yesterdays visit 5/26/2023- I ordered a breakfast sandwich & drink on the app. When I arrived my sandwich was not on the counter. I asked a barista for my sandwich then another lady out loud said “ I made it, but I don’t know where I put it” laughed and walked off. I’m still looking for the joke. Todays visit 5/27/2023- even worst, Whoever is hiring & managing this location, shame on you. The staff is extremely slow, rude & clearly don’t want to be there or high. I stood at the counter waiting to be assisted while everyone walked around preoccupied completely ignoring me. I was not greeted when I entered and I had to ask for help. The young lady looked at me & walked over to another barista and asked “who had the front”. Personal appearance by the staff also is not good. This is consistently the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I won’t be back.
The staff were very nice and understanding! They were closing at 3 pm for the holiday schedule and we entered at 2:58 pm as a party of 7 people and they still offered to serve us. They got the drinks very fast and ay a very good quality! What I think was the manager made sure that we got all of our drinks and accommodated any extra necessities we requiered. Very diligent, definitely the Starbucks we needed four our 18 hour trip!
Drive thur service was amazing yesterday.
